Having a living space above us made a bit of noise at night. Not a huge problem.
We loved the idea of parking our car and walking to shops and restaurants! Ivan even helped us with our bags, and April was very friendly.
the linens were wonderful
Great stay comfortable relaxing super.
Would be nice to have a heating unit in the bathroom - the extensive tiling made it very cold.
The ambiance! The room was very deftly decorated - a mix of eclectic and tasteful motifs.
Great place to stay while exploring Tubac. We loved this little town. People were friendly everywhere we went.
The shower head didn't work. The pillows were hard.
The rooms are decorated nicely and well equipped.
Footsteps from Tubac's shops, nature and history, this little oasis is a delight! Excellent breakfast in a basket was served each morning.
The comfortable feel and the great space, with the Southwest ambient and decor.
Owners were so friendly...Location was great. Breakfast in a basket was clever!!!
Easy walking to the retail areas of Tubac and short hop over to the golf course. Breakfast was more than ample. Very quite and peaceful.
* Needs a comfortable easy chair
* Friendly owners * Convenient location * Large room
I Felt a little claustrophobic but with the windows open and sun streaming in, it was wonderful.
Tunac Inn. is at the end of the quiet street. Liked our room, sweet, but would rather have been on the first floor. Clean and cozy, owners have taken great pride in presenting their property. Would definitely come back. Breakfast could be a little more substantial.
We had an issue arise and the management took it quite seriously. It made us feel nice that our concerns were so important to them
such a minor quibble, but wish there had been a roll of paper towers in the kitchen
virtually everything; great breakfast basket delivered to the door; spacious, immaculate and well-appointed suite; friendly and conscientious innkeeper
The room, bed, and shower were all excellent, but the garden setting of this small inn really stole the show! A dry creek bed meanders through health cacti, under carefully sculpted trees, and around lovely shrubs, to the outdoor fireplace with comfortable chairs! It's a great place to watch the night desert sky emerge. Lovely place!
Possibly a choice for breakfast would be nice. Cereal or warm muffins.
The location, outdoor area was lovely, the decor was delightful.
Our room did not have one comfortable piece of furniture in it. We stayed one night out of the four we booked. Asked the owners if we could get a refund and were told no, that we would have had to cancel our reservation 14 days before we stayed. How did we know it would be so bad before we got there? Also, our continental breakfast consisted of two bananas, yogurt, pre-packaged rolls and orange juice. The experience spoiled our Thanksgiving vacation.
Very warm welcome. Great suggestions for activities and dining. Lovely grounds to stroll. Attractive area to meet with an outdoor fireplace.
Difficulty in connecting to their WiFi.
Peaceful setting with friendly hosts. My wife and I were in Tubac on business and we relied on other reviews to base our decision to stay here. No disappointments!
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
We liked everything about our stay at the Tubac Country Inn, very relaxing and comfortable, spacious room with two queen beds which were so comfy, very accommodating kitchen area and the bathroom was arranged for privacy and spaciousness.
Pillows were a solid rigid lump of what I do not know. Don't say here if you want to sit in a comfortable chair - they only have Equipale furniture! The water to make my tea was horrible. Shower was a weak effort. Way too expensive - it was only worth $50 and not $155.
Nothing much - maybe the soaps.
Not every room had an air fan in the bathroom. There were no directions on how to work the TV remote or floorboard heater. Have a check off list for breakfast basket as it was high in carbohydrates; Although the staff did accommodate dietary needs.
Grounds and building were very quaint and in-keeping with the Southwest Tubac experience. Décor was delightful. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly while accommodating room change and dietary needs.
Twin mattresses were very hard. TV channels and reception was poor.
We were in Suite 2. It is lovely with 2 bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is very efficient, but we only at the Continental Breakfast left at our door. The grounds are very nice and peaceful. I would stay there again. We did lots of shopping and had dinner at Elvira's. If you want a nice dinner, eat there.
