    I received a free upgrade on my room, which gave me a patio with a fantastic view of the pool area, gardens and a beautiful Arizona sunset. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a micro and refirgerator. The free, 24 hrs., shuttle to the airport was one reason I chose this hotel.

    I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. Had to flip a switch on the wall. Weird!

    Everything was nice and relaxing

    I didn't like having to wait an hour and half for my room to be ready. When i booked these rooms i said i was going to check in at 3:00pm they should have been ready around that time. I do understand if i have to wait 10-15 min or even 30 min off still understandable but, 1 1/2 hours is not good.

    The room was kind of small but was good for just a one night stay. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. We have a sleep number bed at home and this bed was pretty comparable.

    I didn't necessarily like the options of cable programs and the reception was bad on some channels. I also don't like the crib the provided but this is the same crib provided by other hotels.

    Overall experience was good. The place is well kept and well managed. Can't beat the location if you're flying.

    Room had an odor. Stairs. Parking lot was dark. Exterior door to the hall did not lock.

    Staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests. This was true both of the front desk and the restaurant.

    The room was clean, beds were so comfortable, it's close to restaurants and shops and overall has an upscale vibe for a fantastic price. We loved it!

    Complimentary shuttle to the airport, we arrived late at night and haven't made transportation arrangements, but we called the hotel and they went right away. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room, very clean and spacious.

    Once the in-site restaurant kitchen closes at 10:30 pm, there are no options to grab a bite nearby (vending machine had no snacks, only drinks). For the room price, it would be nice if they included breakfast; it was good indeed, fresh, nutricious and filling.

    check out policy caters to the Fed EX drivers who are regular customers and able to keep their rooms till contacted by their dispatcher. We reserved our rooms 3 days in advance arrived at 2:30 PM and were told our rooms were not ready yet, about 1 hour wait!!! we waited 1 hour and were told it would be Some Time Yet, could they take our cell phone number and they would call us when our rooms were ready. we wondered around a mall, eat dinner out, still no phone call. We returned to the hotel around 7:00 PM and were checked in, the clerk GRACIOUSLY COMPED us a free breakfast, which was included in our booking anyways. We would much rather have hung around the pool for 5hours then go shopping at a mall but were told this was not possible since we were not checked in.

    Beds were comfortable and the van serve to the airport was fabulous. Staff was accommodating.

    The restaurant was very slow in getting our food out. I had a very early flight out of Tucson and it took 2 hours to get our dinner. Not good.

    The description said that there was a sitting room, which was nothing more than a chair. We were told that we had a balcony as well, which we could barely sit on, it was so small. There was trash left outside of one of the hallways, lights didn't work within the room either. We were NOT told that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, but paying 90 plus dollars, I think it should be. The staff was nice but couldn't give us good directions on how to get to our rooms. We also were not allowed to park where they told us, because it was blocked off, and the staff said that they weren't aware and that there was nothing that they could do about it. Ontop of all of that at 1 o'clock in the morning, people were slamming doors, screaming and knocking and running away. When we called the front desk, they didn't send security up to take care of the problem.

    Location, cost, facility

    We booked a queen double - got a king. Only option staff could provide was a roll away which was hard as a rock.

    I liked the guy who drove the shuttle.

    I arrived at the hotel at night going on my trip and coming back. The staff at that time was very rude. One staff member in particular was rude and his first name was K.C. Both times he told me I did not have a reservation and both times I provided my booking number. The hotel needs to be ran by someone other than a young punk. He clearly has no respect for anyone who isn't a hot young woman. I saw that his treatment of me and an older couple was very different than the young woman who was alone. I also was not impressed by how noisey the rooms where. The walls are paper thin. I did not sleep well in the room because people where coming into the hall door all night and it slams shut. The walls are so thin I heard everything. Your motel is really no better than the cheaper priced motels. I guess we are paying for a name. I'll not stay with you ever again. I was also over charged by $25.00. I bought my ticket through Booking.com and it seems like the staff don't know you can do this. I was quoted $75.00 online and charged $100.00 at the hotel. Make sure things are consistent in the future. People hunt for deals and that narrows down where they will stay.

    The second time the staff was very cooperative and helpfull

    I had two bookings for November; one was wrong ( two people in one room instead of two people in two rooms) and one booking was not there at all. The first time the staff found a solution but only after some intervention from my side.

    Big clean room, nice swimming pool.

    Hot water in lobby for tea in the morning was dirty - pot had been used recently for coffee.

    When I called to check on my reservation, the hotel had it completely wrong. It took multiple attempts (literally 10 phone calls) to correct the issue. Booking.com was a great help. I cannot even describe my frustration with the hotel's front desk staff. The room I had reserved was non-refundable, and the hotel intended on charging me for a four night stay instead of the one night originally reserved. Needless to say, the hotel was unwilling to help me, and I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. The customer service was awful.
