Property and rooms were great. Beds were best in tucson. WiFi did not work. Signal was very poor, that was one reason we did not stay at other hotel we stayed at on previous trip. WiFi is important when you have a teen with you and also when try to plan what to do.

We LOVE Sheraton properties!!! This property was no different, our room was clean, quiet, had a lanai with a view of the pool and the lush landscape. Free wi-fi, staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. We will be back!!! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip. All we needed was a place to sleep for the night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the price. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean and the location was perfect. Our room even had a microwave and a refrigerator which we didn't need, but were nice to have included. It also had a small balcony overlooking the pool where we sat and drank our coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing!

Nice location/ good price The early morning receptionist, J.C. (or some initials similar to that) took his sweet time answering a morning call from us to call us a taxi..phone rang 35 times at 6:30am!! When we approached reception with luggage,he saw us through glass doors and ignored us..didn't even offer to open doors or help with luggage. He had also forgotten to call the taxi

Loved proximity to airport yet was quiet. Breakfast was good, staff very polite and accommodating Since we booked through an online service we did not receive vouchers for breakfast nor did we receive a morning paper. It felt a little condescending to us, since we were asked every morning for our seven day stay whether or not we had a breakfast voucher. Our room had a large stain on the carpet....something which should have been taken care of. Probably would not book again.

Our room was large, quiet. clean, well equipped. Any staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was near the locations we needed to find. The setting, tho' near a busy airport was very quiet . The bedding was luxurious. The breakfast was excellent.

Room was fine, airport noise was occasional but loud. Buyer beware-The rate for my second night was $10 more than the first night, even though booking.com gave me a special offer with specific quote of 140 per night for both nights. This was a mid week booking, and the hotel was more full the first night than the second, so it wasn't really a demand issue. The hotel clerk told me that booking.com says rates may change. Didn't really notice any such statement when I made the booking. This was just a business taking advantage of a traveler far from home. Also, we tried to get a late breakfast around 11 am-- coffee shop was closed till 11:30, so we had to go elsewhere.

Great facilities; clean; restaurant breakfast buffet delicious; made to order omelette was yummy; internet good for wireless and plugged I found the beds a little stiff; While the breakfast buffet was delish, staff need to more closely monitor levels - waffle batter low, ran out of milk, low syrup. Also no signage about buffet price.
