Isolated location near freeway and nothing else No facilities
Friendly and helpful staff Simple comfortable room Refrigerator and microwave in room Good value for money
Nothing actually,everything are no bad
Nice staff, cheaper than other, just for sleep is fine.
The room needs some basic improvements, but most can be done easily by the owner. Overall the accommodation is good but small items like missing light bulb, worn out carpet and old wallpaper is all that's missing.
Covered parking on property, big room, free WiFi, friendly hosts / owner
It was just a scary place for a family to stay.
None to speak of that is worth mentioning. Location was secure and quiet by my standards
Excellent location one block from SunTran City bus stop which accesses either of the the south or downtown transit center to transfer in any direction. Owner's wife offers onsite laundry service which was an added touch: grateful for this.
Shower was only about 5 ft tall. Not the greatest towels. No TV channel guide.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good wi-fi, nice staff.
Difficult to find. Location is noisy and not safe. Room very run down (no closet door handles etc.) , bathroom was dirty, walls dirty, plaster coming off wall. Charged more than booking rate shown.
Beds looked a little scary but were comfortable and clean enough for a short night's stay. Chair in room had a sheet over it which made it look broken. Probably better to have no chair at all.
Rooms were about what you'd expect for price and location. Bathroom was surprisingly clean.
The rooms are a bit dirty, and I wouldn't take a family there. There's no HBO. They towels are very thin.
It is very affordable and the check in in quick and easy. The staff leaves you alone and they don't have maids coming by at the crack of dawn. Their is plenty of room for storage in case your wife sends you with all your clothes, and it was nice to have a car port.
Area for a woman alone seemed a little shady. I kept looking out my front window to make sure no one was lurking around or messing with my car. I could see another man across the way sitting on a chair on the porch in front of his unit. No problems though. Right off a frontage road with no close fast food or restaurants close. No phone in the room. Other then that, good value for the buck.
Friendly, kind staff. He brought me a coffee pot to use in the room, upon my request. Nice, comfy bed. Small bars of soap & no shampoo, lotion etc you get in chain hotels, but ok. They changed my towels out every day. These units each have a carport along side them. I parked my car on the roadway in front of unit, it was ok.
Nothing bad, we picked a cheap hotel and didn't have any problems.
Great value, good location
Location was next to busy freeway and busy frontage road.
It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire lifetime, with the meanest, cheapest, surliest, most unaccommodating owners. The owners came into my room even though I had asked them not to, and lo and behold, a whole box of gem strands was missing. They were in my face and contentious. They were angry when asked for more toilet paper or a second towel. They have no bathmat in the shower. My room came with a bathtub, but there was no stopper for the drain. When I asked for one I was told that other people didn't complain about that and they just used the shower. The place came with a kitchen, allegedly with everything one needed. But when I asked for a sponge and paper towels to clean up they were so miserly that they gave me three small pieces of paper towel. I had to buy my own supplies to clean the kitchen. The oven did not work, and when I asked for help, I was told they did not know how to light the pilot light. The walls are paper thin and my room was separated from the adjoining one by a thin wooden door, not even a wall. One day I came home and mistakenly tried to enter the room adjacent to mine with my key. Surprise! My room and the one next door were keyed identically and either of us could enter the other's room with our key. I asked the proprietor to re-key the door and he screamed it was not true, but after testing the keys he reluctantly acknowledged I was correct and ultimately changed the locks three days later. This motel is in the most dangerous area in Tucson, right next to the men's homeless shelter; these hapless people were often roaming about. Not even hulkish MEN walk around there at night. You might very well have a better experience sleeping in your car than staying at Economy Inn.
Next to the freeway for noise. Used too much Febreze in the room
Nothing- we left
A little tricky to find.
The manager was horrible. He would not abide by the contract, even after two calls from the booking agency! He threatened to raise the price per night and charge not only one but two cancellation fees if we dared cancel the booking. (he already had our card number). The blurb said that they spoke english, which I thought was strange, but his accent was so thick everything had to be repeated 4 or more times to figure out what he was saying! It was ridiculous trying to deal with him.
The bed was comfortable. It was clean.
Rooms a bit small but clean and well kept
Location and prompt attention of the owners.
Dead bolt broke on door and looked like broke into several times.Next to freeway and you could not go into office to do business. Could not hear because of the freeway or understand the owners.
The beds were clean and made nice.
The 'free WIFI' was there but with the speed of a hide and seek snail.
Older Motel. Needs lots of updates. including paint. Close I-10 lots of traffic noise.
Staff worked on cleaning and repairs daily. Staff helpful. Microwave & fridge allowed us to bring our own food.
Broken toilet, lock, lamp, etc. Sewage flowing from toilet. Owner first checked our car to ensure we had no pets (we didn't). Later, he insisted that we had flushed a diaper down the toilet and lectured us on respect. (We had done no such thing). He and his wife were rude, paranoid, and insulting.
Everything. Extremely rude people, filthy rooms and the list is never ending.
Was close to I-10
Noise from the freeway
