Score from 180 reviews Very good
everything, central, a lot of extras fantastic
Breakfast was not reflecting the level of the hotel
the pool was nice and breakfast was good and staff was friendly
bathroom was not clean and when arriving the room appeared to be dirty
Close to freeway, low price, nice staff, pool, and great breakfast.
Needs some maintenance repairs. Things have been neglected and it is time to put money into fixing noticable estetic things. Example carpets in the hallway, our toilet had a lid for a different style toilet, it was old and didn't match. Tile in the tub was out dated and looked bad. The bathroom door was lose and dragged on floor. The elevator lights flicker, the list goes on.
Breakfast buffet, hot, was amazing especially since it was included in the room rate. Front desk staff, kind and helpful. Location 2 min from convention center. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Air condition was good. Salsa in restaurant is great.
I think the problem is just that they don't have as many housekeepers as maybe they could so it kinda feels like a rush job on the rooms. Make sure and get some extra washcloths brought up. We had 2.
When you check in you have to sign a paper with a long list of do's and dont's. They also have a sign saying they will charge your debit cad 10-15% over the cost of your stay. What they don't say is that they will hold an addition $50 as deposit. When this caused an issue they stated it was my fault although none of the signage or anything I signed said anything about an additional $50. The manager was of no help and blamed me rather than apologize and offer to make it right. The hotel was hot when I got there, the TV service was on the fritz, and my bathroom door wouldn't close. Overall a bad experience compounded with horrible customer service. Stay someplace else!
I love this hotel...I always feel like I'm on vacation, waking with the sound of birds and the scent of fruit trees, palms swaying in the breeze.
It was very hot in the hallways.
This hotel is good located at closed university of Arizona,Convention Center, Shopping Mall, and airport.
More need room clean.
Location and parking. Good brkfast served.
Mattress had stains on the edge and mattress was too soft. Next time I'll request a queen size.
Everything the com plenary breakfast the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Great room service. Great view. I also like the fact that's it's close to downtown so me and my friends can go and hang out. Overall a great stay.
I only had one issue which was with my debit card. I was never inform when they put the deposit back on my card I had to call them days later about it and no one could tell me much information. Come to find out they never really charged my card for the deposit only for the room. Why? I have no clue. It was a lot of confusion. But other than that never had any other issues.

The full breakfast was terrific!
Room location was the other side of Siberia. This place is huge.
It was quiet
The tile in the kitchenette and bathroom were not clean. They needed a deep scrubbing.
Very good breakfast and we felt that this hotel was value for money. Even though its very close to the freeway the road noise was not too intrusive.
Rooms just needed a little TLC. Having said that for the price you could not really complain.
I didn't stay at the hotel I booked it for one of our coaches and here's what she had to say "I felt the quality of the place did not meet my expectation. I would not recoming this place to anyone"
location to where I was working
The room: AC/heat didn't work. I was put in an ADA room that wasn't comfortable to set up in(kitchen in the bathroom-no vanity space-lousy shower drainage....
Friendly staff, great breakfasts, and the pool
Location very close to UoA. Mirco and mini fridge.Front Desk staff very nice.
The bathroom was dirty. Trash on the floor, ect -like they just replaced the soap. Either the maid is over worked or under managed. I will wait to see if they clean up their act before stay again. :(
Room a bit faded.
Right off highway excellent location. Close to great El Charro Mexican food.
Toilet did not work and no one came to help. We fixed ourselves, but not thrilled with lack of service.
Not much. Stayed 2 nights, bed was Ok. Guess you get what you pay for. Cheap. Hotel.
Hotel is older and in disrepair. They didn't have washcloths available for rooms. Didn't have any coffee for rooms, except decaf. Had to walk to far side of facility to buy sodas or get ice. Machines on our side were not working.
Room door was open when we first arrived
