The service and the breakfast

It was good

I liked the service and the open areas with trees and of course the pool

Comfortable bed. Quiet.

No ice in ice machines. Staff told us to try on the first floor. Maybe they should have gotten some for us instead of telling us where to look for some. Jacuzzi not working. No towels provided at the pool. Bathroom floor dirty.

The outdoor areas were beautiful. Pool bar was clean and modern. TV was nice.

Rooms were poorly remodeled. Staff all had bad attitudes and were not helpful.

It was a quite green and calm place to spend a night to.

I was expecting better wifi, almost impossible for skype voice call There are more quiet and less energy consuming ways to heat up the room than with this "thing" Maybe if you are american you find it normal to eat breakfast on and with plastics

Poor customer service. Some staff at check in were rude and disrespectful.

Dog show, digs barking outside my door at 6.30 am people blocking my door all day, Hotel staff ignorance to situation

The room was very nice. The whole hotel was very relaxing. Nice location for where we had to go. I would really recommend this hotel to my friends.

One girl from receotion staff very bad?? One driver from suttle drive car very bad?? Breakfast poor. Dirt carpet of corridor and entrance. Sbad smell of bed and all and covers. One elevator working and one out of service ????? bad and old elevator.

Location less than 1/2 mile from museum of art

on line room rate was higher than hotel offered to walk-ins & we were given grd floor room when we asked for one higher up. walkins were given choice. We were at desk & witnessed priorty given to walkins. Will probably not book online again

We did not get the room we reserved, and the room we got was shabby. The fact that the place was overrun with Hells Angels bikers did not add to the visit.

Friendliness of staff, convience to venue and extra services

Bathroom was as clean as I would have liked.... the baseboards were grungy

Awful hotel i didnt like it. The doors were old and the room was old, but something i like it the bed was confortable and the Tv was big.

The pool, the food, the friendliness of the staff; the layout and decor, location. The place was nearly empty when I was there, which was nice: I had the big pool completely to myself.

was close to every place I needed to go. the staff were freindly and accomandating.

The elevator was creaking, the bathtub looked like it needed to be resurfaced

Dirty bathroom. Damp smell in room and in hotel. Feeling of decay over the whole place. Tasteless breakfast. Bad WiFi connection in the room.

Very friendly staff, the rooms very clean and comfortable and very good value. A very calm and relaxing hotel.

The location to the convention center was excellent.

We did not get the rooms we requested.

I like HOT showers! The shower in room 205 did remain hot, there were spurts of cold water inbetween!

Thought the free social hour was great, gave us a chance to mingle with other guest. The new remodeling was really nice.

There were loud guest a room away from us who were smoking in non smoking rooms and filled the halls with smoke and the smell of marijuana which also came into out non smoking room. I called the front desk who did nothing to correct the issue. So what started out as our 1st anniversary get away to relax was soon interrupted by rowdy and loud guests and a staff that did absolutely nothing to correct the problem.

For the price it was a good choice,

The room were very out date. There was trash in the trash can left from the last guests. The bath rooms were ok but I wore my flip flops in the shower. The appliances needed help ei. The tv was from the 70's

closeness to downtown for a concert There was nice cactus and succulant plant show and sale that weekend. We bought something and enjoyed that.

Room not ready - we could have been walking into someone's room with them still init. That was weird. Took fifteen minutes to get a new room and key. Were we in the last room to be fixed u? Tub showed peeling paint at the drain. Coffee maker didn't work. One side of the king bed was close to the wall and the counter overhang didn't allow you to get out on that side.
