Score from 124 reviews Very good
The bed was comfortable and there were enough towels. Also a great breakfast spread.
Poor front desk customer service coming and going; not clean; needing remodel; smoked in; broken fan; cockroaches; broken, cheap furniture; basic cable; not toddler friendly.
A/C too noisy and very close to the bed
We liked the property and the staff. There were good amenities and especially the plentiful, thick towels. Breakfast was
But the mattress was completely worn out, rolling us to the center all night. Avoid room 119.
Stayed in a smaller room that was extremely comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more.
Loved the breakfast and the happy hour
Very friendly and human staff. Breakfasts and appie hours Overall building Homey atmosphere Reasonable price
Desk person called me a limousine instead of a taxi that cost me a lot of extra cash. Cigarette butts!
When we checked in they sent us to the wrong room then when we got to the right room it was dark , smelly and dirty. Bathroom was dirty and out dated. The hotel already put a hold on our cc for the whole week after 45 min on the phone with our bank the next day the manager helped us release our money so we could go to another hotel.
Good value and an excellent breakfast. courteous and professional staff.
Sounds like a silly complaint, but the air conditioner blows up behind the curtains and bellows them out and does not allow the air to circulate. Recommend small weights on the bottom of them.
Everything was ok
Location and cleanliness
The bath tub had a bunch of adhesive stuff stuck to the bottom and there was a hole in the wall where the shower head came out.
Beds were comfortable. Staff was responsive. Breakfast was good
I think we got the worst room in the place! It faced Oracle Rd- which is a very busy street and starting at 6 am there was constant rumbling noise that shook the walls- elevator shaft??? Bathroom really needed work- dresser drawers were taped shut rather than repaired!
free parking, free internet
This is not a 3.5 star. Had outside entrances like a motel. Drive up to your room door. Rooms were 2 star at best. Bad shower, old sheets, creaky door. Who rates these? this is a 2 star at best.
Nice property with pool.
The room was really dirty, carpets, bathroom, spiderwebs and lots of dust.
Breakfast was an added bonus
The staff was amazing, they were helpful throughout my stay there. I was there for a cousins wedding and the staff went out of there way to make sure all our needs were met. I'd stay here again for sure.
There wasn't much to not like, as I said the staff was a-one second to none. The only complaint I have is that there is very little signage to get into the hotel even though it is on a main throughfare, Rte 87.
First floor accommodations
Meals over too early. Location is too far from locations. Air condition unit needs a medium setting.
Stayed two nights and found the facilities excellent. Will definitely consider staying again if in Tucson. "Happy hour" is a nice touch if it coincides with your schedule. Breakfast has nice selection and offerings.
Booked online for 2 queen beds, but got a room with 1 king bed instead. Spoke to staff, who changed for the correct room promptly, at same price.
Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service. The courtyard where the pool and spa were so fantastic it felt like you were at a resort in another country! Clean room and hotel was in close proximity to restaurants and shopping and let's not forget the mountains views! We will definitely stay here again!!!
Nothing at all.
Walls in need of painting. Carpeting worn.
Rooms are excellent for the price
Can't complain about anything
Breakfasts and evening snacks were handy and very good.
Pool and hot tub are open until 11pm, happy hour with snacks and complimentary drinks, clean modern room, friendly staff
Small room (queen studio)
The people at the counter were kind and courteous.
The room was disgustingly dirty! The walls needed a new coat of paint, repair work was done in a haphazard manner. Many plug covers were missing. The furniture upholstery was so dirty, we refused to sit on anything. We went out and bought disinfectant to clean before we could feel slightly comfortable with remaining in the room. I'll never stay here again.
bed, bedding, towels (most comfortable bed ever!) courtyard, pool, hot tub, bbq breakfast and happy hour wheelchair accessible friendly and caring staff full sized frig and kitchenette
weekend breakfast staff acting annoyed broken tile and some poor wall surfacing on repaired areas one big ugly cockroach (probably snuck in through the door from the desert) air conditioning had trouble getting to the bedroom (run the exhaust fan on high from the living room to the bedroom all day until you want to sleep, then turn it to low)
