Gebuchte und via Internet offerierte Zimmerkategorie war im Hotel grundsätzlich nicht verfügbar. Buchung entsprach daher nicht den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Junior Suite gebucht, einfaches Doppelzimmer erhalten. Schubladen in Schränken waren voller Haare und Schmutz, Fitnessbereich nur dürftig bestückt

Sehr gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang, ruhig, schöne Bar, gute Betten, Fenster konnten vorzugsweise geöffnet werden, gute Klimaanlage

Badezimmer und Lobby zu wenig geheizt, Haarföhn hat nicht funktioniert, Freundlichkeit des Personals liess während dem Aufenthalt nach

First of all locartion. Also it was not too big. It was comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean, classical, a love at first sight - room, not the opposite as it happens sometimes.

The location was great, close to Grand Central Station, and Times Square. It was quiet, clean.

The hotel and the rooms were clean (except for the main hallway), the room was rather comfortable. No unpleasant surprises.

Some of the staff was not accommodating at all, neither professional.

the air condition did not work,after they fix it a lot of dirt stay in the room, a lot of nois came from teen agers that live near my room at night.they came to clean my room at 17:00 when i come back.the bed was uncomfortable

Great location. Walking distance to Grand Central Station and Times Square. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room.

The internet service was too expensive, but I guess it's the average price in ny.

The Staff were helpful and always polite and the room was always clean and tidy after room service had been meals were excellent value and good quality

the facilities at the hotel were being upgraded and were not made available to me during my stay, the room was not available to me upon my arrival due to the late departure of the previous guests, but I may add that the staff at the front desk were very appologetic for this fact and did recompense me by way of a full breakfast the following morning

Good location, easy and straightforward little hotel.

Thin walls, quite noisy rooms. The staff didn't show too much interest in our wellbeing.

The room was very clean and nice, with a big flat screen, big bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to downtown by tube.

The receptionist was very rude when we first checked-in. They mismanaged our booking and somehow did not have it when we got to the hotel, although I had called them a couple of days before to make sure everything was fine. Plus, they charged me 450$ "just in case" something goes wrong, but they somehow forgot to mention it! It just appeared on my credit card statement.
