The staff was courteous and typically New York behaviour which I loved! No Internet service! Price was ridiculous and should be included as do the sleazu little motels for 35 / night.The breakfast was extremely overpriced and ridiculous. |

Hotel is in a good location, rooms are in generally cosy and it was nice to have a coffee maschine with coffe pacs. For such a price would like to have a bathroom with not broken sink, the pipes should be cleaned in order not to stand all the time in the water which can not leak down and would like to have a decent hair drier which is not overheating every 30 seconds of use... |

the bed was comfortable and there was a nice TV in the room. I had a very bad expereince with the internet. I could not get it to work, wireless was not working in my part of the hotel and then the front desk sent someone up twice to fix the internet as the cable was also not working. He came up and we talked to your service on the phone and the lady was not good. We spent over an hour on the phone and all she could tell me was to buy a new computer because mine must be broken. I travel the world and never have had this issue before. I checked it upon my return and it works fine. I had to use your business center and when I asked for the receipt from the machine it did not give me one. I called the service and they told me they would send it to my email, and of course they did not. |

First of all locartion. Also it was not too big. It was comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean, classical, a love at first sight - room, not the opposite as it happens sometimes. |

The hotel and the rooms were clean (except for the main hallway), the room was rather comfortable. No unpleasant surprises. Some of the staff was not accommodating at all, neither professional. |

Great location. Walking distance to Grand Central Station and Times Square. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room. The internet service was too expensive, but I guess it's the average price in ny. |

The Staff were helpful and always polite and the room was always clean and tidy after room service had been meals were excellent value and good quality the facilities at the hotel were being upgraded and were not made available to me during my stay, the room was not available to me upon my arrival due to the late departure of the previous guests, but I may add that the staff at the front desk were very appologetic for this fact and did recompense me by way of a full breakfast the following morning |

The location. It is close to the UN and felt safe. I called the House Keeping at 7:00PM to clean up my room. The person who took the phone said "Do you really need your room cleaned up at this time of the night?". I understand this person's comment but should not say it to their guest. |
