Clean comfortable hotel with nice staff. Reasonable price. Very good food at restaurant.

The location is good, closed to the main city streets and connected to the underground. The staff is nice and willing to help.

The rooms are really small, old and noisy. I had to change room because I couldn't breath for the smell of fried food coming from the air conditioning. I would rate it with 2 stars max, way too expensive for the rooms and facilities status.

Staff very friendly, great bar makes good martinis. Bar tender and waiter very attentive. The Food and Beverage Manager is very nice and really is making sure that the guests are satisfied by asking questions. Keep up the great work.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti 42st ja 2. avenuen kulmassa. Hyvä sijainti. Hyvä sijainti. Vanha hotellirakennus, joka on täysin saneerattu muutamia vuosia sitten. Siisti ja huoliteltu tiloiltaan, huoneet kohtalaiset, tyypillistä Hilton-ketjun sisutusta. Ovimiesten palvelu ensiluokkaista ja kohteliasta. Hissit toimivat sutjakkaasti. Huoneen oven automaattinen takalukitus ja lisäsalpa olivat kunnossa. Huoneessa oli toimiva tallelokero passin ja tietokoneen säilyttämiseen.

Huone oli saapuessani hieman epäsiisti, vessapaperi ja shampoo puuttuivat. Seinällä olevasta taulusta oli jäljellä vain kolme ripustuskoukkua ja pölyraidat tapetissa. Huoneessa ollut kahvinkeitin oli ala-arvoinen, vaikkakin toimiva. Seuraavana aamupäivänä kaikki puutteet oli ilmoituksen jälkeen korjattu kuntoon.

Não vi muitos restaurantes por perto.

Das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer sehr laut durch Generator direkt vor dem Fenster. Nach erfolgtem Zimmertausch wurde mein im (vorigen) Bad zum Trocknen aufgespannter und dort vergessener Regenschirm als "probable junk" entsorgt... Zimmer so klein, dass kein Platz zum Öffnen der Nachtschrankschublade vorhanden war.
