Great location. Walking distance to Grand Central Station and Times Square. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room. The internet service was too expensive, but I guess it's the average price in ny. |

The Staff were helpful and always polite and the room was always clean and tidy after room service had been meals were excellent value and good quality the facilities at the hotel were being upgraded and were not made available to me during my stay, the room was not available to me upon my arrival due to the late departure of the previous guests, but I may add that the staff at the front desk were very appologetic for this fact and did recompense me by way of a full breakfast the following morning |

The location. It is close to the UN and felt safe. I called the House Keeping at 7:00PM to clean up my room. The person who took the phone said "Do you really need your room cleaned up at this time of the night?". I understand this person's comment but should not say it to their guest. |

Good location, easy and straightforward little hotel. Thin walls, quite noisy rooms. The staff didn't show too much interest in our wellbeing. |

The hotel has a great location in NY. The Junior suite are spacious and comfortable. Perfect too relax and rest when you need to take a break from the busy NY city. 10$ charge for the rent of a plug adapter. |

The room was very clean and nice, with a big flat screen, big bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to downtown by tube. The receptionist was very rude when we first checked-in. They mismanaged our booking and somehow did not have it when we got to the hotel, although I had called them a couple of days before to make sure everything was fine. Plus, they charged me 450$ "just in case" something goes wrong, but they somehow forgot to mention it! It just appeared on my credit card statement. |

Very charming and romantic! Comfortable beds! Great location! Business center charged for internet, which is complementary at most other hotels. I understand charging for it in your room, but in the business center? |

It was in a good location, not far from times square and grand central station making it easy to travel to see all the sights. The room was much smaller than the one illustrated on the vittual tour on the website that i booked with so was disappointed about that however it was adequate for our few days there. There was a coffee maker in the room but no kettle to make tea. |

I had a wonderful stay at the Tudor Hotel NY. The staff were very nice and helpful when I needed. When I had a problem with my bathtub they sent a service guy up in just a few minutes, even thou it was a saturday evening. Why charge for using the computers? A lot of hotells nowdays have free internetacces or 30min free internet/day. |

Location was excellent. Staff were responsive. Rooms were in need of refurbishment. Also, on arrival we had to ask them to reclean the room. |

It was close to the main facilities in NYC and yet its place was quite calm and peaceful. The price was good related to the service we got. Staff was friendly. My room was probably forgotten and not cleaned on one day during my 10 day stay. |

Room rate was reasonable, staff in restaurant / bar were very friendly Cost of making international calls from the hotel room were far too expensive. Feel we were 'ripped' off, as these calls amounted to c$200 USD. |
