お得な価格で泊まれた為、値段の割りには大変綺麗で落ち着くホテルでした。

the bed was comfortable and there was a nice TV in the room.

I had a very bad expereince with the internet. I could not get it to work, wireless was not working in my part of the hotel and then the front desk sent someone up twice to fix the internet as the cable was also not working. He came up and we talked to your service on the phone and the lady was not good. We spent over an hour on the phone and all she could tell me was to buy a new computer because mine must be broken. I travel the world and never have had this issue before. I checked it upon my return and it works fine. I had to use your business center and when I asked for the receipt from the machine it did not give me one. I called the service and they told me they would send it to my email, and of course they did not.

First of all locartion. Also it was not too big. It was comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean, classical, a love at first sight - room, not the opposite as it happens sometimes.

The location was great, close to Grand Central Station, and Times Square. It was quiet, clean.

The hotel and the rooms were clean (except for the main hallway), the room was rather comfortable. No unpleasant surprises.

Some of the staff was not accommodating at all, neither professional.

the air condition did not work,after they fix it a lot of dirt stay in the room, a lot of nois came from teen agers that live near my room at night.they came to clean my room at 17:00 when i come back.the bed was uncomfortable

Great location. Walking distance to Grand Central Station and Times Square. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room.

The internet service was too expensive, but I guess it's the average price in ny.

The Staff were helpful and always polite and the room was always clean and tidy after room service had been meals were excellent value and good quality

the facilities at the hotel were being upgraded and were not made available to me during my stay, the room was not available to me upon my arrival due to the late departure of the previous guests, but I may add that the staff at the front desk were very appologetic for this fact and did recompense me by way of a full breakfast the following morning

Good location, easy and straightforward little hotel.

Thin walls, quite noisy rooms. The staff didn't show too much interest in our wellbeing.

The room was very clean and nice, with a big flat screen, big bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to downtown by tube.

The receptionist was very rude when we first checked-in. They mismanaged our booking and somehow did not have it when we got to the hotel, although I had called them a couple of days before to make sure everything was fine. Plus, they charged me 450$ "just in case" something goes wrong, but they somehow forgot to mention it! It just appeared on my credit card statement.
