Staff were helpful and friendly. Kids were not being supervised . Too many kids especially older kids pushing the smaller kids. My kids probably got to swim a total of 1 hour and thats the whole reason we came. Also after talking with some of the people at the pool they stated they werent stsying there just come to swim.

Awesome indoor water park for the kids! Rooms had a fridge and microwave. Housekeeping was very slow and front desk was understaffed for a busy weekend.

We liked almost everything. Very clean room, awesome staff, family friendly. The only thing we would rate down is the bed. I have never slept on a sleep number bed and we thought the bed was extremely hard and no matter what number we had on the remote, it never seemed to soften up!

The staff was very friendly. Had my dinner in the sports bar, very nice dinner and again very friendly staff. Breakfast, I don't always like buffets because I don't eat enough to justify the money. But, it was very good and not a surprise.... The staff was very friendly !! Nice Stay overall, I would come back. There were only two computers, would not have been an issue, except there was a guest spending way too much time on the one and the other was not working properly. Had my own computer, but needed to get on the computer for just a minute to print my boarding pass and could not do it. Minor problem

For the most part the hotel had a good atmosphere and a safe feeling for the kids. The front desk was rude while the pool/waterpark area was shut down. Also they advertise to have a water park inside well it's a pool with obstacles, was very disappointed with the false information, also our room needed a mini fridge it was the only thing missing.

Our only problem was our check in. We couldn't check in until close to 5 pm. There should be more cleaning staff to handle the amount of people.

The only thing we didn't like was, we went down to the sports bar to eat but no one waited on us, we waited for 20 minutes but no one would wait on us, so we ended up having to leave the hotel to eat and we didn't want to do that.

I actually came to bring my 5yr old son and cousins to the water play area. I enjoyed myself I really like the play area. The hotel somehow seemed lonesome and cold. It seemed deserted. The only staff I saw was at the front desk.

I was there for a weekend workshop, but I did take my family to enjoy the pool. But, they could not enjoy the pool when they wanted to. The pool was always crowded, unless it was early in the mourning or in the early afternoon. The rest of the time it was very crowded. I really enjoyed the hot tub when there was room to get in it and pool only when it was not crowded. The only reason why I would recommend this hotel is because of the pool. My son enjoyed the pool when it was not crowded. We arrived on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. We were really only able to enjoy the pool on Thursday. Because, the pool was crowded due to birthday parties the rest of the weekend. I felt like they book too many birthday parties and for people who come and stay for business/pleasure could not enjoy the pool because it was to over crowded. People who were fully dressed took up all of the chairs inside of the pool area because they were there for birthday parties. I was a guest and could not find an empty chair. I also felt the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. They should only book one birthday party at a time. This way hotel guest can enjoy the pool, too!

Out of the four times we stayed at this location we FINALLY got a refrigerator and microwave. Not all rooms have them for some reason. I have infant and need a place to store milk, heat it, etc. There is a female staff member that answers the phone that should NOT have any contact with people. This is the second time I have had to deal with her and she does not give her name. She is so abrupt she hangs up in you on mid sentence. We had an issue with someone smoking across the hall. It literally made us sick to the point we could not breath we were so stopped up. When I called the front desk to tell her about it. She just said she would send someone from maintenance then hung up on me. She did not ask me what room the smoking was coming from or offer to move us to a different room. I called back to tell them we were leaving because we couldn't breath and they just said ok. Again, no offer to move us. When we got downstairs to check out I said I guess you are full and they said no. At that point I was so mad at the lack of customer service we just left. We have family in Tulsa and we all get together here so our kids can swim at the indoor water park. This was our 4th visit. When we got to the pool it was so cold all the kids lips were blue and our granddaughter was so cold and shaking so bad she couldn't walk or move. I had to dip a towel in the hot tub and wrap her up to keep her warm. She never returned to the pool. When we told the front desk they just said it should not be cold instead of getting someone in there to check the heater. We thought they would have the heater on by the next day. To our families 8 kids dismay they never turned the heater on. When we went to eat at their Resturant there were no menus. And only two waiters. We were there all night waiting on food and SERVICE. It would not take a lot to accomadate or at least say we will get someone to check on that for you or here is a voucher to come swim free for a day since that is the whole reason we go. Very poor customer service. If it wasn't for the kids we would NEVER stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the beds and showers were amazing. The hot tub being in the kids waterpark area. We were there for 3 days and never got a chance to get in it because it was filled with kiddos. Maybe close the waterpark to children at 10 and leave open for the adults late.

Location, We have stayed here for the last 5 years for Reunion/Birthday Party. Convenient for everyone traveling from out of state. We love that it has the small pool area for the younger children. Pool area was to crowded to the point it was dangerous for the smaller kids, Had to change rooms 2 times due to broken bed and Saturday morning they (staff) changed my room while I was gone off property and moved my belongings without my permission. I returned to an empty room and had to go ask where my belongings were. You can not relax in the Hot Tub due to the children playing in it, jumping in and out and it is so packed there is no where to sit. If you went to Staff they just smiled and say I'm sorry, No Management to speak to on property. They tell you to call back Monday.
