helpful staff, friendly atmosphere and good location.We liked the welcoming fire and complimentary tea/coffee in morning and glass of wine in evening, well done! a little disappointed that we could not order a drink to be brought into foyer one evening that we were meeting friends in hotel.We were able to buy a drink in the bar and bring it in ourselves, is this hotel policy ? |

The price was very good. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to our show in North Beach that night, back to the room, and then to the restaurant on the wharf for dinner. It would be nice to have an in-room microwave and refridgerator. |

I liked the fact that everyone at the front desk was as curtious as possible.....opening doors, promt on getting my car out of vallet, etc.... During my stay the elevators were being serviced so only one worked during our whole stay. Then the day we were leaving they fixed both elevators. |

Hotel was conveniently situated. Staff were helpful. We arrived a day late because of a cancelled flight and were not charged for the night we missed. We had to move rooms twice during our stay because the rooms were noisy. Even then, the cleaning staff made a lot of noise early in the morning and threw away some items we had not put in the trash can. |
