Best Western PLUS Tuscan Inn    

Easy walk to both the existing & just a bit further to new one opening in 2014. Close to everything at Fisherman Wharf. Nice comfortable hotel with good WiFi speed.

Great location, rooms are small. Had a room adjacent to the street and it was very noisy. There was just happen to be street maintainable and everytime a car passed over the temp steel street cover , it made a loud bang and it was a very restless night for me. Other then that, it was a great location, friendly staff, fast check in and out.

The location to Fisherman's Wharf is convenient. The concierge was helpful with scheduling an airport shuttle.

The rooms are very small for the price. When the sofa was pulled out for the bed, you could not walk around the room. The maids forgot to clean our room one day. The front desk staff was surly and unfriendly.

The location is perfect for sightseeing San Francisco. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The in house restaurant was good but the wine at the free evening get together was not a good advert for Californian wines! Car parking is pricey but seemed to be all over the town.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. From check in to check out, did not have a bad encounter. The happy hour at night and coffee in the moring were a nice touch.

Bathroom had a musty smell.

Didn't miss continental breakfast when there was complimentary wine each evening!! Enjoyed socializing. Location! Location! Location! was great.

Loved the decor in the rooms and how comfortable the beds were!!! It was really a great hotel staff was great and so was the restaurant next door.

The location is what I liked most. The place was close to the Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39 area. Fantastic.

The front desk staff almost got us off our feet scared for mistakenly billing us $4,000 for a 5 night stay.

Well situated Fishermans wharf and Alcatraz. Friendly helpful staff.

Brilliant location. Really comfortable bed in nice quiet room.

The door to the en suite was very awkward as the sink was in the room next to the door and it could easily cause a nasty accident!

Very good Hotel, with very friendly and very good service, excellent in-house restaurant. complementary Coffee in the morning and Wine reception was excellent.

We loved the friendly staff, the morning coffee and the wine Happy Hour. We met people and it enhanced our stay.

The bed was very comfortable indeed. Lovely. One of the nicest hotels we had during our round-the-world extravaganza. The free morning coffee and 5-6pm free wine were most enjoyable. I know a lot of places offer it now but it was great. The local Boudin bread place was very good for breakfast.

It's at Fisherman's Wharf - and yet felt somehow a little disconnected from SF. The roads around were just a bit run down and a little more touristy than we'd expected.

I've stayed in several different hotels in the Embarcadero area & really thought the value here was the best -aside from the high cost of parking that is! Our room was small, but it was recently remodled and I thought it was quite comfortable. I really liked the lobby area & their taste in furnishings. The chair in our room was the exact one I am looking to purchase for my computer at home. I loved it! We will definately stay here again the next time we're in town.
