the location is excellent. our room was very noisy from staff running up & down the metal stairs, The fire alarm went off twice during our stay waking us up, no apology from staff or managment. |

Staff was friendly and helpful....nice location close to North Beach and Fishermans Warf. They did not have an express check-out system. You had to go to the front desk and do it the old fashion way.....not a big deal but you need to plan for it accordingly. |

Tuscann Inn heeft de ideale ligging voor een kort verblijf in San Francisco: op een steenworp afstand van het vertier van Pier 39 en voor het verder verkennen van de stad de hop-on hop-off bus om de hoek. Het hotel is schoon, heeft comfortabele kamers, prima personeel en schenkt op werkdagen tussen vijf en zes uur 's middags gratis wijn, bier en frisdrank. |

Goed restaurant. Vriendelijke portier (auto van familie die in de buurt woont, kon tijdens het eten oor het hotel blijven). Onze bagage hebben ze, met de bagage van de andere gasten naar het cruise schip laten vervoeren. |

close to pier 39 ondanks het feit dat je al weken eerder geboekt hebt en gedeeltelijk betaald hebt (goed voor de cashflow) krijg je toch de kleinste kamer omdat je om ongeveer 16 u inchecked. De ontvangst bij de receptie was matig (weinig gevoel voor buitenlanders).
