O quarto é muito bom, espaço amplo, bem confortável, ótimo banheiro, tudo muito bem limpinho, o hotel é tranquilo, os restaurantes que fazem parte dele são ótimos, tivemos um ótimo atendimento e recepção nos quais utilizamos. Possui fácil acesso à Strip. Fazíamos tudo à pé por lá, é preciso andar um pouco mas nada que comprometa a localização do hotel.

Faltou ter incluso um serviço de café da manhã. Outro ponto que não me agradou foi o fato de eu estar num quarto no piso térreo e o barulho que faziam no andar superior era muito incômodo, cada passo dado por uma pessoa era facilmente escutado, o que prejudicava os momentos de descanso.

Gostei do sistema do hotel. Recepção com restaurante/bar, cassino, business center no prédio central e os quartos em prédios anexos de três andares. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, com cozinha montada, banheiro muito bom. Só falta internet free.

Local tranquilo e silencioso, limpo, organizado, estacionamento fácil e acesso rápido ao quarto pois se trata de um hotel de apenas dois andares.

A taxa de spa não êh clara quando se contrata, sugiro que confirme o que se tem de direito antes.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The entire complex was well- kept and the room was generous in size and well-maintained. The restaurants, especially Marilyns, were well-run and offered great food at a value price.

Their policy of requiring a $100 deposit over the cost of the rooms is not explained well particularly since it will not be released for several days after the stay is completed. There is a policy that your room is blocked after you checkout so you have to wait to checkout only when you are ready to leave. There is a certain air of mistrust of the guest that is left by this policy.

The Tuscany has beautiful suite rooms. The bedding and all the furniture was very comfortable. The staff was helpful also. It had everything we were hoping for.

I love that you don't have to go thru a casino to check in or get to your room. The place is calm and inviting when you walk in the front door. The staff was great and the rooms are fantastic! Large, clean, refrigerator, table and couch, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Quiet and accurate air conditioning/heating unit. Will definitely stay here again!

I don't see the purpose of a resort fee. Many casino hotels have done away with them. Adjust the price, if necessary, so there are no surprises at check in, in case, the fee gets overlooked during booking.

This property is conveniently located near the Strip, and yet is consistently priced lower than most properties throughout the Las Vegas area. The rooms are huge. There is a very nice pool area. For gamblers, there is a fairly good selection of slots and video poker. The Tuscany Gardens Italian restaurant offers delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service in a romantic atmosphere. Parking is free and convenient to rooms. Food at Marilyn's Cafe is reasonably priced and plentiful.

The resort fee of about $15 per day is high when the pool isn't available - there really aren't any other amenities worth mentioning. It doesn't appear to be common practice for employees to smile.

This hotel was very clean,nicely decorated and very affordable.When you are traveling with kids,finding a place in Vegas that serves all you can eat pancakes for $3.99 is just amazing!....I Will definitely be coming back!

The staff was not that friendly....they need better customer service training.

Excellent value for money. Nice sized hotel for Vegas - no long check-in lines. Very good services for a smaller hotel - 3 restaurants (in particular the La Cantina restaurant served good Mexican food and was a very good value), lounge with band, nice pool, fridge in the room was a nice touch. Large rooms. We stayed in block H which is close to the pool and other amenities, might not have liked it so much if I was in one of the farther blocks. Nice grounds for a late night stroll and drink. It's a bit of a walk from the Strip (but close to other off-Strip services) but the value for money more than makes up for it. On check-in gave us coupons for resort services which actually had good value.

The pillows were terrible. The in-room coffee was terrible and the coffee in the Cafe wasn't much better (for the price of a coffee and muffin you might as well enjoy the sit-down restaurant's excellent breakfast special). Still charges the misleading "resort fee" at a time when other Vegas hotels are dropping it. Pool area shuts down too early (10pm) leaving limited seats for lounging around the grounds if you don't feel like sitting in the casino or your room. For some reason cans aren't allowed in the pool area and the staff are a bit too aggressive in enforcing it.

Our room was so much more than we expected! Expansive, with separate shower, tub,and toilet room. The kitchenette and living area made our stay very comfortable--lots of furniture, coffee table, and dining table to put stuff allowed us to lounge without having to move belongings around all the time. 5 pillows plus a bolster pillow allowed lots of comfort options. 2 lights in the bathroom and at least 6 in the room allowed you to see what you needed to see without annoying others. I've never been in a room with a tree before--another touch that pushed the room way past "hotel". I liked the mess-free single cup coffee maker with disposable filter holder (in addition to the filter) and the quietness of the third floor.

It's a large facility with multiple buildings mostly all the same shape. It wasn't clear where to enter buildings from the parking lot, so you might drag your luggage up to the curb and find you couldn't enter the facility from there, proceed to a door and find it wasn't the building letter you were expecting from what you saw on the map. You had to directly to a labeled door to find out what building you were looking at--no other clues you could see from any distance. We saw guests wandering around with luggage enjoying the beautiful grounds and asking if anyone knew what building they were looking at. Maybe they could post a low sign at each walkway turnoff indicating which building the walkway leads to. A simple Tuscan-sounding name for each building might lend to the atmosphere and distract from their "same-ness" compared to flat, institutional- sounding letters.
