Score from 146 reviews Very good
The room was clean and comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant. The food was not great and the menu was limited.
It was hard to find and the front desk girl was clueless. I am not sure if it was her first day but she had to go into the back office to get answers to all me questions. I am not sure who see was talking to because no one ever came out to help her.
Rosemary at the front desk. & the waitress in the restaurant ~~ her name started with a ' D ' & had an unusual spelling of a fairly common name. She was so good I tipped her 20$$$ for a bill of 48.00! The Fish was BEAUTIFUL!!
No freezer in the fridge...
Cleanliness Friendly supporting staff Very good restaurant Everything looked pretty new even after 5years Great location close to the canyon rim
Nothing, all the expectations were met
had to re log in to internet each 24hrs
There was a walking path along the canyon behind hotel. Wonderful. Good food. Good service.
Swimming pool was the size of a large hot tub.
We had to call maintenance twice to get the television to work. It had been entirely disconnected by prior users. Maintenance plugged it back in but then it still did not work so had to call a second time for it to be programmed correctly.
It was all great!! Liked that the pool is open 24 hours!
Wish they would have told us sooner that we could have breakfast for $6.00 extra! We got in late so we weren't told of that option....
Very friendly staff. Very comfy pillows. Clean.
A little noisy. We could hear several rooms around us after midnight.
We arrived later than expected, due to construction on the roads; however, our sleep was heavenly! The beds are very comfortable and the best we had during a week-long trip at five different locations.
The setting was great as was the welcome. The biilding itself was better than most at this price.
I felt sorry for the waitress who had to cope with bothe the bar and all the tables. She was worked off her feet but did a great job.
The value for the money.
I can't think of anything.
Attractive lobby, easy to find. Breakfast menu had many choices. Most family members found the beds comfortable.
Card keys did not work on second day. It took 20 minutes to get back into our room after waiting for service staff member to return. House cleaning missed our room. We had to make 2 to 3 requests to get trash removed, towels replaced and complementary products refreshed. We were given a free breakfast for our troubles.
Prairie dog colony in field adjacent to hotel. Shoshone falls - "the Niagara of the West". (Wish we could stayed to see what happens when they open the dam!) The best breakfast out of many overnight stays on road trip.
Great stay. Beautiful clean room. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Bed was a little hard.
The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices and priced very well for what was offered. The decor of the hotel is also very appealing both as to in room decor as well as throughout the hotel common areas, entrance, sitting area, restaurant layout, etc.
There really was nothing that we can come up with that we did not like about this hotel and our stay there..
The bed was hard as a rock!! We have spent the last 10 days in 10 different hotels and this had the worst beds. Also, one of the beds was missing a top sheet!! I thought the Hilton was suppose to be top-notch. Nope!!
Friendly staff. Good food.
Housekeeping took our used towels without replacing them. Stained bedspread in #310. Bed was never made.
The bar and restaurant are small and not desirable for utilizing.
Arrived early and staff made accommodations available.
I realize most would enjoy the beds, but they were not to my liking.
The quality of the facility, the attentiveness of the staff and room service. The design and feel of the hotel is more "high-end" than other roadside hotels. The finishes are higher quality. The check-in experience was smooth. The rooms contained all necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable. The spa/pool and room service were appreciated after a long day driving.
The spa was not operating.
Morning coffee and muffins
The maid woke me up on my 2nd morning of a 3 night stay. I guess the hotel record didn't show 3 nights although I had a printed confirmation showing 3.
Customer service in the diner ... Food was to expensive for what you got !
The only thing we didn't like was the beds. They were hard and uncomfortable. Staff said they are like the sleep number beds, so I thought they would be nice. But maybe we are just spoiled as we have the i-comfort bed at home and nothing compares to that. Otherwise, everything was great.
The food was outstanding. The pool was great. The atmosphere and location were perfect. My new favorite hotel.
