Svært sentral beliggenhet, grei størrelse på rommene, veldig god rengjøring, nattevakt i resepsjonen Litt maling i resepsjonen og på veggene og nye tepper i gangene hadde gjort mye for det visuelle inntrykket |

Location was very good (but noise comes with the neighbourhood), and the room was cheap and clean. I can recommend the hotel for young singles/ groups of friends who have better things to do in SF than hang out in a hotel. A simple refurbishng of the surfaces (paint walls, change carpets) would make the hotel more appealing. |

Center of the city,wireless, no doubt for the price..cheap!! It was too noisy because it just located beside the street and don't have a proper window.. The bathroom is too small..but what to bame? The price is worth for this.. ^^ not bad.. |

Close to everything and the staff was helpful when our reservation didn't appear on their computer. The only thing I did not like was the was the carpet leading to the room was filthy and old. |

Centralized location - near all public transportation (metro - bus - cable cars), restaurants and stores. Our room needed a good paint job. |

Very bad hotel, ditry, noisy, without any service. We had a room with a broken window picked up with a bottle of beer. When we arrive the bath was not cleaned. A lot of noice in night. Impossible to sleep. The worst hotel i've ever been. The only good thing is che position, next to Union Square. |
