O Hotel está numa área excelente, onde é possível ir às melhores lojas de San Francisco,ao Centro de convenções, bem como pegar o bondinho, tudo em curtas distâncias. Apesar de não ter frigo-bar ou café da manhã, está ao lado de uma Starbucks e muito perto de vários diners! O Hotel é velho, mas está passando por uma reforma agora, e pelo preço, compensa! |

Da localização e do preço. Apesar de ter aspecto muito ruim, o chuveiro era bom e a roupa de cama parecia limpa, dava para dormir bem. O quarto é feio, velho e mal conservado, com aspecto sujo. Encontramos uma barata enorme (viva) dentro do quarto. O hotel anuncia shuttle para o aeroporto por 15 dólares/pessoa, mas ao fazermos a reserva o recepcionista nos cobrou 20 dólares/pessoa, alegando que 5 dólares/pessoa era a comissão. Isso torna a propaganda do hotel enganosa, e faz do shuttle o mais caro de toda São Francisco! Achei desonesto. O hotel também é bastante barulhento, mas eu pessoalmente não me incomodo muito com isso. |

da localizacao Os funcionarios nao sao prestativos. Nao ajudam em nada. Nao prestam informacoes. O hotel e acarpetado e antigo, o que dificulta a limpeza, que parece ser feita de maneira superficial. As janelas estavam imundas, empoeradas. A localizacao e excelente e a tarifa convidativa. |

location, price, cleanliness, nice room, lots of reataurants nearby - generally I would highly recommend it for economy travellers and stay again lack of tv remote control (!!) - they said they have just a few of them for the whole hotel - really strange |

We stayed here twice, all together 3 nights in two different rooms. Both rooms were spacious and clean.The location of the hotel was perfect if you arrive San Francisco by BART from the airport. It's in a walking distance. Also Union Square, China Town, Market Street are near. It was really cold in the room facing backyard. Also garbage trucks made terrible noise in the street every night about at 2 a.m. In the neighbourhood, there were some homeless people but we still felt safe. |

Close to shopping and great food. Most of the door staff was friendly. Room was on the alley side. Garbage trucks came at 3 and 4 am to get garbage and recyle. Mexican reseraunt next door also had worker yelling in the alley early in the morning. Had to buy earplugs in order to sleep. |

shower was good and liked wash clothes no ice in the whole hotel. one slow elevator. no lobby. no shampoo. little soap packages. didn't like pillows. very noisy and no air conditioning. window cranks didn't work. carpeting was worn. |

Location appeared to be central to all areas. Could walk to Fishermans wharf and cbd shops. Also close to bart, which made getting around easy. Bed was very comfortable. Used the desk and chair often. Variety of restaurants was appreciated, including the small Supermarkets in close proximity. The first towel I used had a big whole in it. Over looking the street was noisey, but I did appreciate being able to look out and see what was going on. Facilities were very dated and could do with a good clean and upgrade, but this would subsequently mean an increase in Room Rate, |

The other tenants were quiet. Due to old windows the street noises were abundant. It's definitely an older hotel! They are in the process of painting and fixing it up, but it was in definite need of a lot of TLC. The baseboard moldings were absolutely disgustingly gross! Filthy dirty, globs of dirt and I don't know what behind the heat register! The towels would rank right up there with a Motel 6. They were good enough to give us extra pillows. The staff person on Wednesday night and Friday never spoke one word to us. Did not greet us or try to make conversation in any way. |

We were right in the centre of San Fran and for the price that was excellent. The rooms were old fashioned and basic, but, the maid did a great job with the cleaning. This hotel is a great base to stay if all you are looking for is a clean bed with no frills The rooms could seriously do with a lick of paint, some blinds in the windows and a safe in the room |
