All villas come equipped with the comforts of home and has plenty of space for the whole family to be together while enjoying the privacy of their own rooms.
ALL guests MUST check in at Universal Resorts Kissimmee Villas "OUTPOST Clubhouse" to receive your keys, travel vouchers detailing emergency phone numbers and where to drop off keys and driving directions . IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 11PM WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. Please inform the hotel about your arrival time.

Disney and Universal Studios are just a short 20 minutes away and 5 minutes from the resort are two championship golf courses. Located in the sunshine of central Florida but magically set apart from the hustle and bustle or Orlando.
Resort (Villas) Amenities include basketball, and volleyball courts; a jogging track; and a picnic area around a private pond with gas and charcoal grills. A themed club house and a tropical resort-style pool and sun deck will allow you to have a drink and bathe in the warm Florida sun.
Refund/Severe Weather:
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. If this is the situation, we will provide a Gift Certificate with the value pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued, and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation, no refund will be made.
