Helpful staff, great breakfast fare, clean rooms, got us in earlier than time allowed. It was great!
All was perfect.
Screaming fast WiFi Courteous and Friendly Staff
Mushy soft mattress Paper thin pillows
We were traveling for business and did not want to spend a lot just for a bed. The cleanliness & comfort were great value for the money.
Not being able to get into the lobby early in the morning for coffee or breakfast. We thought breakfast was at six.
Wife cleans vacation rentals. Claims they don't know how to properly tuck in sheets and bedding.
Needs to be updated. The bathroom wall was falling apart. It is an older motel that is about 15 years past upkeep.
pool was refreshing, breakfast was just what we needed to get the day going
parking was a bit tight, not really a young family scene during the week.
Size of room, Bed, Continental breakfast, $82 room rate, but would not recommend above $90. Wide counter @ sink.
Not enough parking. Smelled of deodorized smoke. Ancient, inefficient toilet (they're clueless)...had to hold handle down for 10+ seconds to flush. Cheap 15 watt light fixture over sink...couldn't see to shave (again, so clueless). Shower n toilet too cramped together. Non-working metal bi-fold closet doors totally unneeded. Summary....simple cures to keep guests happy (was told owner had 2 other "Inns")...new $100 toilet, $39 lite instead of the $10 one, trash the closet doors, and make all rooms smoke-free.

Great location Front desk staff
A little tired Pool is crammed into small space
That everything is so near, so you can walk. 500 meters to the University of Oregon. Good rooms, good beds.
The breakfast, its´nt like hotel breakfast in Europe, but ok, it fill your stomach
Location is great, always clean, convenient. I'm a grandma who comes to spend time with family once a year. My grandkids join me when I get there and love the pool and I love watching them in the pool.
This year, both mornings that I came in for breakfast the morning man had a lady friend hanging out at the counter chatting with him and keeping him from attending to customers and the breakfast room. When she was there again on day 2 I wasn't so polite and asked her if she worked there, when she said "no, I'm just visiting a friend" I told her that it was rude for her to be visiting and keeping her friend from his work. She left but by that time the breakfast room was out of milk, juice, muffins, trash was over full, spilling onto the floor, sticky syrup and all, and the coffee in the waiting room was empty. I did not complain to management at the time because I feel that she and your employee won't be there next year for my annual visit. The other people in the dining area thanked me. You asked what I didn't like, well I didn't like the man at the desk in the morning but I still like the University Inn.
Over priced for the value!
The proximity to U of O.
The facility could use some updating. This is minor but it's all I could come up with.
nice staff and very convenient location.
breakfast area too dirty, rooms in need of refurbishing, very loud bathroom fan in need of repair
The room was definitely worth the money we paid for it. We got a great deal and walked away from the University Inn and Suites very happy. Samantha on the front desk was excellent and made us feel welcome immediately. She was really helpful the whole stay. The Continental Breakfast also outdid itself.
It was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good. The small refrigerator and microwave were convenient. There is a grocery store across the hotel with excellent food
Bring your own soap and shampoo!! And maybe an extra blanket other then that it suited all our needs
Good location if you need a place to stay while visiting University of Oregon (literally across the street). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean.
The most uncomfortable pillows I've tried to sleep on in my entire life.
Someone else entered my room while I was there. Changed card access and I could not enter room later. Had to have my card re-keyed. Did not feel very safe.
The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Room was tiny. Beds uncomfortable. Parking is super tight.
convenient location to Hayward Field and close to stores and restaurants
Register guard was cannibalized by the people eating continental breakfast at the motel. So I had to walk to the store and buy a paper so I could read the sports section
Location was good for us. We are big Duck fans so we took advantage of the location and walked the campus.
Rooms weren't nearly as nice as they are made to look in the pictures. Pool was dirty. Beds were like sleeping on rocks but then so are most hotels.
Smelled, had to leave door, windows open.
Location to University was important. The room was clean, plenty of hot water and towels. Would stay again if in area.
The staff were GREAT friendly and helpful. If I needed to stay in Eugene again I would stay at the University Inn.
They have GREAT pillows and good beds.
I was in a lower room and the people upstairs had kids jumping and running around until after 11:00.
