It is motel type so there was no place to walk around, but taxis were inexpensive.

The location was fab! close to the interesting parts of Tuscon (although these are few!) Beds were comfortable and easy to share with a teenager. The price was very cheap for such quality room fittings. the swimming pool was great but a bit chilly for the time of year

Breakfast was fine but there was only 4 seats to sit and eat.

The carpet might need a bit of a cleaning but overall I thought the room was clean and well taken care of and I liked the microwave and mini fridge too. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

The Staff was friendly and the University Inn was centrally located to almost everything that we did that weekend. Close to all the Plays/Theatre/arts, freeway and not far from downtown.

My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and an excellent value for my overnight stay in Tucson in early March. Very close to downtown and conveniently located to U of A. I would stay at the University Inn again and I would recommend it to my friends because it was such a great value.

The refrigerator in my room (103) made a humming noise when it kicked on during the night. The noise was distracting and noticeable during the night when the room was very quiet.

Missing a hot breakfast, and no designated eating area.

I booked a double room and I got a room with four beds. The hotel is quite close to the University area, with a lot of restaurants and places to hang out.

The breakfast does not have a large choice and there is no space to eat it: there are four armchairs and, if there are more that 4 persons, the others have to eat standing.

Its a very friendly and well run operation, for me it was convenient for family "overflows" for recent holiday season.

The people at the desk were very nice and accommodating. It was quiet in my room until the last night and the people upstairs were loud, not the fault of the motel though.

would have been nice to have a few dishes/cups to be able to use with the microwave. TOugh to make a good cup of coffee. (It's hard t oboil water in a microwave!)
