I was amazed at how clean the room we stayed in was. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Great stay. We would definitely come back.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Loved the decor & ambience. The youthful staff was helpful, patient and pleasantly energetic. The parking was a little crowded at times, sharing with a restaurant and students. Not sure what you can do about that, except maybe mention that to customers at check-in.

We were not really aware that we had not paid before we left. My husband paid as a gift on his credit card which caused problems when we arrived as we could not authorise. This was a problem with booking.com and not the hotel

location! Perfect for visitors to UW. Near freeway and walking distance to campus. Free breakfast. Good selection of healthy food items. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Good for families

Parking lot fills up quickly. Sometimes, there are no parking spaces available, having to park on street. Sharing the parking lot with busy Portage Bay Cafe creates competition for parking.

I like that they have a shuttle that takes you downtown or a destination nearby...and they come and pick you up. They are always on time, with personnel that are knowledgeable (except how to get to the freeway) and friendly, it is close to the University - you can walk to many places. There is breakfast and Tullys Coffee in the room. You save on parking because you can walk or take a shuttle. It feels like home,

Beds were comfortable, happy that 2 queens were available. nice size for a hotel, great location for us.

The hotel is conveniently located to the U district, Capital Hill and downtown. Very clean, cupcakes were delicious and staff very friendly. During the power outage everything was smooth. Very nice visit.

Cleanliness and breakfast. Loved the Tommy Bahama products in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly. Room appeared clean. Linens were nice.

The water temp in the shower was extremely hard to adjust. The water was either hot or cold. Ended up taking a way hotter shower than we like. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room for our leftovers from seattle's yummy restaurants.

A car alarm went off at 1 am for 15 minutes but this does not necesarily reflect poorly on the hotel. In fact, the alarm may have stayed on for 30 minutes without the staff frantically searching for the owner!

Most everything was good to great.Staff was very friendly. Bus shuttle a great convenience. Everything was clean and decor upbeat. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Young ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. Location was the reason we chose this hotel, and we loved being able to walk to the indoor track meet and enjoy other opportunities on campus.

We were going to the opera and asked how long it would take on the shuttle to get to the city center. Young man at the front desk insisted enthusiastically that we would be there in 15 minutes. Well, it took us 45! Fortunately we left an hour earlier than he recommended and didn't have to wait for intermission to be seated with our $120 tickets.Just a reality check for all. Breakfast was what I'd expect at Econo Lodge.

The staff was very helpful!! Nice location, always found a parking space, have coffee and tea 24/7, very clean!!

The shuttle service was amazing and we loved the breakfasts. I was expecting a cheap Danish, but loved the selection of eggs, plain yogurt and fruit. And the coffee was fabulous.m. We would definitely recommend the hotel and consider returning for another visit in the summer.

The room was good value, the staff were friendly and efficient, and I like the free parking.

I like the free shuttle provided to take us downtown for sightseeing and dinner.

I needed to be near the U area. It was so easy to walk around to all spots I had to visit, including the shopping center. The staff was so helpful and friendly; nice considering the things I had to handle during my short visit.

We were so pleased to have the beds made and clean towels given daily! The location is great; as it's near the University of Washington, as well as the University Village Mall, which is marvelous! And we very much appreciated that breakfast, afternoon cupcakes, and free parking are included! The beds are comfortable and the staff were very responsive to our needs. We definitely look forward to returning in February!

I had to request additional hangers. Every thing else was wonderful!

This hotel is outstanding! The room was fantastic, complimentary car parking was an awesome bonus, breakfast was more than anyone could expect and the guest services courtesy buses were a great saving!
