Stuck in the snow no plowing in the morning when we had to leave. I was told he had a single queen bead when we got to the room there were two. Room was 50*F when we got in there. Took most of the night to get worm.
Everything was lovely

Cigarette holes all over the comforter and drapes. Burn mark on the floor from a iron.

breakfast is very poor
Beds sheets were stained blanket burn holes
I thought that it was a university dormitory, but it is actually a motel just next to the university where ordinary people live as well. The room was clean with several amenities and the bed was comfortable. Heating was working fine.
As we arrived at 11 pm, we just found out that the people next room were partying, with banging and jumping and screaming etc. We decided to not to mess with them, and heard some shouting outside within an hour, as one of the guys had hit an old lady who came to warn them. They run away and then came the police, and everyhing was very quiet until the morning. Was a great experience for us to see that American movies were for real.
clean, helpful staff, parking close to rooms.
got there and had requested ground floor room. was given second floor room. fixed immediately. requested a chair for sleeping in room, none provided. just after getting into room group of people made a lot of noise in parking lot and then in room upstairs. couldn't fall asleep because of so much noise. then a confrontation in parking lot with three police cars and an ambulance. quiet thereafter.
Didn't like that reservations were messed up. Something about my name getting mixed up with someone else's. I almost did not get the room I had booked. Luckily I did say something and got it corrected.
dead bugs..mildew on windows..uncomfortable beds..bad odor..loud noises..very loud plumbing
liked the distance of hotel to each attraction.
how little time there was to see each attraction being so comfortable at hotel spent a lot of time there.
Location , cleanliness.
Not much! Tge stale smell make me sick and I booked for two days and only stayed for one because it was a flea bag:(
I was afraid to use the bathroom at all or go under the covers in fear of .... Who knows what! I will be traveling to buffalo again and definitely will not stay there! I would like some money back bc I know they rented my room.
I like that it had a microwave and fridge , the bed was comfortable and it was very clean
Our room was quite large with a king bed, table and chairs, also two arm chairs and small table, dresser and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom and bathroom was a room with counter and sink and coffee maker. Everything was clean and tidy, although the room and furnishings were older. There was also a small refrigerator, nice for cold drinks and our leftovers from dinner out, and a microwave. The included breakfast was quite adequate for us--coffee, juice, choice of cereal, make-your-own-waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, and fresh bananas and apples. The lobby and breakfast area was also clean and tidy. The motel itself is obviously an older one, but still maintained and clean. The location was convenient, just across from a Buffalo University campus, with a Dunkin Donuts next door and a movie theater and small plaza with restaurants, shops, and a Tops Market just down the street. Although on a busy street, we heard little noise in our room. For $75 plus tax, a good value in Buffalo! The man at reception was very pleasant, too.
There really wasn't anything I disliked. The motel and furnishings were older and chairs somewhat worn, but everything was clean and in order.
I like how the room was clean and had great channels. Also I enjoyed the breakfast special.
Free parking, near to the Main Street and in a very safe area
It was ok
Chairs had stains all over them.
The light was so dim and the room was a little small.
