No elevator for luggage and cooler food.
Clean large suite, nice bath and kitchen, quiet, good A?C
Hallways smelled of urine, dirty, very dated furniture and bed.
Located on a side street tucked in amongst newer apartment buildings. Free parking under the hotel. An easy walk to grocery stores and other sites in the U-District.
Staff was friendly and very helpful!
Loved the kitchen facilities and the office staff's suggestions about where to eat. The staff was *super* friendly and couldn't have been nicer, promptly gave us extra towels when we requested them. The suite was clean and really quite large, so that our two kids could sleep in the living room and we had a bedroom to ourselves. I'd stay here again.
The layout was a bit dated and a little odd. Nothing scary, but there were sliding doors that covered... just a wall. We couldn't quite figure that out, but hey, we didn't need to! There was A/C in the living room only, which on our very warm visit, wasn't ideal, but we kept our bedroom door open and that helped.
Nice room...was surprised at the full kitchen! Pretty clean overall. Parking garage was convenient.
Bathroom was a bit sketchy, the toilet was wobbly and teetered when sitting on / getting up. Shower seemed clogged as near the end of shower, water was a couple inches deep. The smell was a little funky throughout the room...could use air freshener to take out the "old motel" smell.
the room was nice.
located in a bad area of town . Didn't like the fact there was not an elevator, and we were on the third floor and i am par ically disable
Very convenient location for visiting Seattle. Extremely nice staff, spacious rooms, proximity to buses to Downtown Seattle and availability of food throughout late hours.
I loved the location, price, staff friendliness and accommodations. If you're looking for a good value, this is the place. Other than the fact it's a bit dated, the over all motel is worth the stay. I would stay there again!:)
The bathroom was small for the size of the accommodations and a bit dated.
Private parking, simple checkin
Just that point is very disappointed, I think if they make a little investment on get a stronger wifi system you guys get better options for potential customers
Large space/quiet/ comfortable beds
No real view & no elevator
Kind landlady Space Kitchen
The woman in the office was very, very nice. Surprisingly, the mattress was comfortable.
Talk about janky! How often do you still get a plastic toggle with a metal key? Our Plywood door had three locks on it and had scrapes where the door was broken in to. The room smelled of carpet cleaner, and the furniture had stains. These felt like old campus apartments from the 1960s. Finally, we did NOT feel safe.
It was quiet, had a decent bed, hot water and air conditioning and black out shades, free WiFi, TV walking distance to dining.
Was a bit run down and dated in appearance. The room had three locks on the door !!!! Wasn't clear where to park when I checked in. I was not familiar with Seattle parking regulations and got a parking ticket. Phone pay parking? Really? I had a ton of quarters.....
Large, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, outdoor balcony on first floor rooms, feels much like an apartment (which it was in a former life). Very friendly, helpful staff keeps the facility very clean. Wonderful bargain in a great location.
If one is looking for a dramatic view and experience, this is not the place. If == for a short stay -- one is looking for a home away from home -- and maybe a bit better than home -- this is the place.
Unless perfection is the standard, then this accommodation had nothing to complain about.
The location was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had lots of space. The staff were extremely helpful and always cheerful.
The room is spacious, with it's own kitchen unit and two separate bedrooms - nice for parents with kids.
No elevator, which means climbing two flight of stairs from the parking with all the suitcases and a small toddler. The place is clean, but looks a bit old (closets and furniture). The Parking is really cramped for a minivan.
Very big suite, with a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. Comfy sofa, and dining table set. A somewhat furnished kitchen.
The tiles in the bathroom were broken. The water pressure in the tub wasn't very good. The air in the bedroom felt a bit stale, while elsewhere in the suite the air was fresh.
This hotel is great for an extended stay, particularly for a family, as each suite is actually a one or two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It is only two blocks away from the University of Washington and within a short walking distance from dozens of inexpensive restaurants of all kinds. A grocery store and a pharmacy are also around the corner. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to Seattle's downtown and city center from the hotel. The building has a large covered parking
The Internet connection was unstable in the evening to the point of being unusable at times.
Lovely motel on the university district, close to the bus lines and a lot of small restaurant. The personnel is really nice and helpfull.
Every room is like an apartment which include everything---fridger, microwave, kitchen, bowl, glass... Walking distance to Safeway nearby.
The internet on the first floor is good But bad on second and third floor. If possible, just stay in the room on the first floor if you want to enjoy high-speed internet.
Friendly, helpful management. Spacious, comfortable suites with kitchens.
Neighborhood convenient and has some inexpensive ethnic restaurants popular with students. But much like the scruffier areas around many big urban universities. Still, I'd gladly stay again.
