Location was great! In Springfield for a graduation. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was fair. Good variety but most things were substitutes. Egg substitutes, frozen fruit, instant gravy. Plenty of food, staff walking around and pleasant surroundings. The bed needed to be replaced. The mattress sunk in the middle. The toilet leaked and the sink was very slow in draining. The pillows were extremely small and the room was not fresh. Seemed stale as if it had not been cleaned well or not been used in quite some time.

We had some issues with the reservation and you had a young lady at the front desk on Saturday morning who was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable. Can't thank her enough. I wish I could tell you get name.

The hotel is more than worth the cost. The shuttle will take visitors anywhere and pick them up. That is rare in today's market. The hot breakfast is excellent.

We like to stay at University Plaza because of its proximity to Missouri State University. It is very convenient when we visit our daughter, who is a student.

We liked every thing including the location.... Easy walk to places through nice historic neighborhoods. We especially liked the clean spacious rooms and the very geacious staff. We have never stayed here before but it definitely would be our first choice should we come to town again.

I liked that they offered free breakfast. I didn't like that the free breakfast was finished by 9am. We didn't get to have it. Our shower drain backed up on us while we were using the shower.

Great hot breakfast, beautiful lobby are to visit with family, wonderful outdoor pool and patio area. Shuttle service to graduation was very accommodating also. mattress very hard and pillows.

Great location,friendly staff, similar to an Embassy Suites as far as layout. Room was nice and spacious. Bar closed early during weekday. Could hear guests in room above.

Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel und im Preis inbegriffen. Haben uns einen guten Tip zum Essen gegeben: FLAME, sehr gutes Steak.

Nice plasma tv. Free breakfast. Location. The lighting in the room was poor. The bathroom did not have a fan. The pillows were poor quality.

Nice accommodations with local art featured in lobby and common areas. Close to campus and downtown. Large nicely furnished rooms. Very good free breakfast. Free parking. Great for families, business travelers and special functions. Very friendly, professional staff. Great price/ value thru booking.com! No Kleenex/tissues in room. Prefer a mini fridge in room but not a big priority on this trip.
