No televion there's one in the room that doesn't work and when it does it's the home shopping network . Also the maintenance guy barged into the apartment without knocking had been misinformed on our departure . I was not properly dressed so this was beyond awkward
There was a lot of space. The apartment was somewhat clean. The subway is close
Very expensive for what it is. There was some kind of animal (possibly a rat) stuck in the wall. I wouldn't want to go outside at night. I think someone was robbed right outside our window.
They do have 3 hair dryers and a good internet connection. TV screen was small. You should only book this apartment(not a hotel) if you do not have any other choice.
1. Apartment smells and there were many cockroaches. 2. Contact person did not reply to any phone calls or sms messages. 3. Heating was inadequate. My children and wife cried to sleep after paying $2400 before taxes for a eight night stay. 4. No instructions on how to use the appliances. 5. When you turn on the gas and if you do not use the stove, there is a strong gas smell in the apartment. 6. On the sixth day, there was no heat and hot water. Temperature in the apartment was -10 degrees celsius. Called emergency number and no response except for an email to apologize that the whole building had no heat or hot water. 7. After many emails, calls and sms, they asked us to move on our own to another apartment which was a lot better.
Was near from ttphe metro station ! The internet was good
I didn't like that the app smells bad ... We had to buy "glade" .... Also when you arrive to New York you have to take a taxi or metro .. And go to an office an pick up the keys and take another taxi or metro to arrive to the app !! So expensive the taxis and many times dishonests ! If you look outside the windows you'll see a lot of trash .. It's really bad .. The entrance of the building .. The principal door was unsafe , but It doesn't matter cause the place it's not dangerous ..
