For a hotel this pricey you would expect help with baggage but there is none. No maps at front desk. Staff seems untrained and amateur. You should go elsewhere!
The staff wasn't very friendly, the bathroom doors didn't provide much privacy, no toiletries provided, valet parking only
My stay was great!
Beds Location Pool
Forced valet parking Slow valet parking Problems with toilet and lights Expensive for what it was
Location, clean, good service
Every thing is good with this hotel the only issue I had was the fact thT there is no parking so you are forced to pay extra for valet parking . This should be free concidering that once you get there there is no choice but to pay
I like the smaller hotels that still have great amenities like the pool area and a great little restaurant with affordable foods. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We do not know our way around the city so we had to figure out transportation on a holiday. The staff did their best to help us. Staying right in the city would have been convenient on New Years Eve but we enjoyed being closer to Mary Brickell Village and Cape Florida.
parking very expensive
Everything is ok.
The staff went over & above in helping me print out my cruise documents. Then hand delivered them to my room!! The room was spacious & very comfortable. Meals available on site were very tasty. Very attractive pool area.
Almost everything! The free trolley bus was really good.
The evening meal menu - needs to be more varied because there are virtually no restaurants close to the hotel.
Too far from main strip in Brickell
Breakfast WiFi Cousy staff
Pool always in the shadow in the afternoon Service very slow Rooms quite noisy
How close the hotel was to the location of the race and to nearby restaurants. The gentleman that checked me in upon arrival was great and helpful with pointing out some restaurants. He was outstanding. The room was as expected.
The valet was not helpful when I arrived Friday night. Had a less than friendly attitude and was soooooo slow getting to my vehicle that I had to check in and go up to my room to drop off my bags before exchanging my keys. The following morning I called down 20 minutes ahead of time to have the car pulled up so I could be on time to my race that was nearby. It was pulled up front, but no one was there to give me my keys. When I walked in to inquire, what I assume is the manager, was standing in a door way eating a bagel or something having a fun conversation with a staff member. I asked about them about getting my car and neither offered to get me the keys or locate a valet and then continued on talking while I waited. 5 minutes later the valet returned from parking another car.
The hotel was close to the highway, trolley and metro mover which made it convenient to get around Miami
Very noisi rooms
Very friendly staff. Local artist paintings throughout made for a nice touch.
Love the paintings and the room itself. Glass showers are sexy.
Most hotels use mops and mops leave dirty streaks because you are dipping it in dirty water. I didn't like that the bathroom floor had dirty streaks. Had to put a towel on the floor to keep my feet clean. Also wish breakfast was included.
The room was very well lit from the window provided. Our room was on the first floor and was easy to find. All of the photos on trip advisor were real portrayals of the actual hotel. Great stay for great price.
The only downfall was paying for taxis because you're in the city. Breakfast was not included and we expected it to be but the hotel was great
pool was glorious, bed was sooo comfortable, staff was awesome
slippery shower floor, no magnifying mirror in bathroom for putting on makeup
Room was clean, modern and mostly quiet.
Valet parking only (a bit pricey) and location was not close enough to things to walk to.
The staff was amazing. The pool was beautiful.
We were apparently close to a hospital so we heard sirens, police cars, and ambulances all night long.
friendly staff, nice art
shower poorly designed, making it impossible to test/adjust water temperature before entering shower
The hotel is very nice and walking the corridors of the hotel is like touring an art gallery, and for my surprise, all the paintings in display have the artist name and the price tag if you would like to buy it. The room was nice and clean. The hotel location is superb, it's in the classy Brickell avenue and its 5 minutes away from downtown and 1 minute away from the famous Rickenbacker Causeway where you can pay $1.75 toll fee and enjoy a ride with amazing vistas.
Mandatory valet might be annoying specially if you're staying for long which will add an overhead to your stay charge, however there is a nearby public parking lot under the bridge but you need to buy a decal in advance, and there's also a free street parking if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The room I reserved should have a City View, instead it has a view that overlooked the parking lot under the adjacent bridge.
Every member of staff where very helpful. My room was spacious, very clean and comfy bed. would highly recommend
