The resort is very spacious. Plenty of room for a large family. The countryside is beautiful. My children needed to do homework and wifi was available for an additional fee. We have stayed in the most modest of motels and have had free wifi. This has become an industry standard and Vacation Village really needs to offer it to their guests. Also when we tried to log into the wifi on the log-in site it said it was complementary on up to two devices and a fee was charged after that. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they simply said it was not the case. I do not find this to be acceptable. We were there because of a death in our family in the area. We needed a space big enough for all of us and this caused a major problem for us. Even though computers are available at the lodge, my children needed to use them for longer than 15 minutes as the signs say you must.

The room was beautiful & comfortable. The indoor, heated, salt water swimming pool was so nice as was the outdoor hot tub! Heavenly. The pull out couch bed was uncomfortable & the outdoor heating/ac units were very noisy.

The accommodations were clean and spacious. The staff was quick to respond to any problems or concerns we had. Key cards consistently demagnetizing. Although staff was very polite about replacing keys when needed. If you provided a good restaurant on the premises we would be regular vacationers at vv.

We love the set up for traveling with friends and young children - having two suites attached. We love the proximity to Jiminy Peak as we stay here to go skiing. We really like the price too! We felt the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were like sandpaper. I would really hope that the resort considers upgrading their sheets. I would bring my own next time bc it was that bad and consider that a hassle.

The gas fireplace in room. Heating was poor. Bath & bedroom remained cold in with heat raised. Furniture looked dated. Arrived after dark. Poorly lit, poorly signed. NEVER have I had to remove soiled linens and pack up the trash.

We enjoy going to Vacation Village because we can rent dual suites to enjoy with our group of friends. The suites have everything you might want for a weekend gathering . The suites are beautiful and very comfortable, well located for Berkshire activities and the staff are very helpful.

Nice and clean resort which is also very close to the ski area. The pool water was kind of cold. An indoor jacuzzi would be much appreciated.

The setting was very nice. The room was spacious and well laid-out. The walls and ceiling are very thin. We sat in the living room for a while staring at the ceiling and wondering what was happening up there. It sounded like a dog rolling a ball across the floor... What was frustrating to us, though, was the total lack of dining. I know this was explicit on the site - that there's no restaurant of any sort on the property. The only restaurant within 10 miles is a John Harvard that had an hour wait (we stopped by at 8:30). We ended up driving in to Williamstown instead. I think if you're planning a weeklong stay and will bring groceries with you, this is a good choice. If you're just in the Berkshires for a weekend, you should choose something closer to a town.

Very good accomodation, beautiful scenery and great for seeing the Berkshires. Very odd rules, especially the 'fine' of $150 if you were late with a 10 am checkout, or if the hotel considered your apartment too untidy. Not something I have ever encountered before in the USA. The restrictions and rules made very interesting and surprising reading!!!

Lots of room to enjoy relaxation. This mini apartment was a perfect get away place -- plenty of space to relax, so much better than just a hotel room. The full kitchen had everything necessary to make your life easy throughout your stay - it was clean with updated modern appliances. The bed and bedding were very comfortable! The living room and dining area allowed plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant to talk with. I will definitely return!

very friendly staff, very helpful They should think about some kind of breakfast option, since you have to check out at 10:00 am. there is no time in the morning to prepare anything and clean up in time to go.

Beautiful location. Spacious and clean rooms Courteous staff. Excellent facilities. Geared to all kinds of families. Impressed about handicap accessibility. (Ramps and parking available) Free videos to watch. Clean indoor and outdoor pool. Loved the book at front desk with what to do in the area and they had extra copies of info and directions to take in back of each page you were interested in. Wish I had more time to stay and relax and use facilities. We liked it all but need better signs to Village because missed it the first time trying to find it. When we stopped for directions at a place person who gave us directions said that a lot of people miss it and should be better signs to where to go. Wish major supermarkets were closer by but managed with local places. Otherwise we are coming back with our friends. Highly recommend it to our family and friends and not a big drive commitment from New York.
