Had to drive to indoor pool
We were close enough to grocery stores, restaurants and the Shrine of the Divine Mercy, which was the focal point of our weekend. Our son loved the pool; I loved the view from the pool.
Great kitchens in the apartments and the kids liked to have their own apartment (with adjoining g door). They also liked the spa bath In the bedroom!
10 am checkout with 4 pm checkin
We stay here a lot. Full kitchen, great scenery, away from crowds. Staff nice and responsive.
you should give them 100$ extra, then you do check inn after 4pm, check out before 10am( they have 6 hours for cleaning), but if you didn't clean the room, they'll tell you keep your extra 100$ like tips for cleaning!!!! They don't have any shampoo or gel or body lotion-for 5 stars-it's unbelievable!!!!!
tub in the bedroom
No hot water
Room was nice but I paid extra for the room with the hot tub only to not have enough hot water to use it .not worth the money
Did not like that suites a don't have a dish washer. It also would be nice if there were two hot tubes so one could be 18+ as kids are always jumping in and out at night when some people would like to relax
Loved the space of the room, closeness to the mountain and pool/hot tub
location, fire place, good snow plowing
First of all, this place is totally misadvertised---it is not a hotel at all. You are sent to some rooms with no service, crummy furniture and a notice (which was not disclosed at the time of our booking) that you have to strip the beds, put away all towels and linens, wash dishes and take out the trash or else you will be charged extra. In what universe is this a hotel?? Pathetic customer service and shame on them for blatant misadvertisement. The front desk staff are generally clueless and unpleasant (they were unable to tell us anything, including how to get to the ski resort that is basically across the street). They also said that concierge is not available on weekends, because nobody goes to a hotel on a weekend, right? What a shame that this is such an awful establishment given how close it is to skiing---AVOID unless you want to spend your vacation with housekeeping.
The bed needs to be replaced it was too soft & lumpy and my husband & I kept rolling into the middle. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa and it was very uncomfortable the springs were sticking out!!!!
The suite was clean and cozy. the gas fireplace added a nice touch.
kitchen hot plate
no complaints we skied and slept
I didn't like that we had to pay for wifi. I thought the bathroom looked dated and could use an update
loved the location. the fireplace, the nice and updated furniture.
Crawling with kids. No way we would or could get in the pool. Have adult only hours. Not enough parking at our building. Limited restaurants at prime time. Bring your own meals or be prepared to make reservations well in advance or travel a minimum of 15 minutes for finer dining. One of the staff was young, rude and unhelpful when I called about the possibility of an early check in. I was told to just come and they would tell me then- duh!
Decent condo supplied with all the basics in the kitchenette.
Rooms on the two lower floors mean stomping ski boots early in the morning. Wish the sound proofing was more effective.
Perfect location to visit Jiminy Peak. My kids love the indoor pool. Room is huge, and while not overly luxurious, offers either a partial or full kitchen depending on the unit you choose, and plenty of room to spread out. We book the A&B units, which means two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and a hallway to leave all the ski equipment.
I have stayed at this location before several years ago during the summer and I enjoyed it just as much as when I stayed this time during the winter. Perfect long weekend getaway. We plan on returning next year for another ski trip!
Great that it was close to the mountain
The check out time was a touch early.
Several things I liked about this hotel: We were a group of 6 families and we managed to stay together on the same floor in the same building. The pool is a plus, my kids didn't freeze!
Close proximity to Jiminy peak
WIFI did not work AT ALL! Place could have been a little cleaner.
Loved how close to Jiminy Peak it was. Son loved the pool and game room.
Not too many food options. Major supermarket was about 15-20 minutes away. Price chopper was a great supermarket and they had everything. Around the same area, there are many places to eat.
For the price, the place was excellent. We had a 2bd condo with another family. The place is clean. I wouldn't say it's a full kitchen but it had enough pots and pans for most things. The rooms were roomy and clean. It was literally 2 minutes from Jiminy Peak. Overall, I would come back again.
The house keeper walked in on us at 10:45...very upsetting
Paying for Wifi
Location, price and condition if property
No one monitored activity in pool. I had young child and there were teenagers out of control taking over the pool and no one said anything.
Location is excellent, value was great, pool and room were Excellent.
