Price,clean,wonderful staff,really nice rooms
had no housekeeping clean the room for 4 night stay. Front desk did not informed us on housekeeping. Had to get towels everyday from the lobby area. Had a questions on an event, was talking to one of the people who handles the reservation to the parks and as soon as he found out I wasn't an owner or guest of an owner, he brushed me off and gave me a pamphlet of the park and rudely started talking to another couple that walked in and just left me with the pamphlet in my hand.
We stayed in building 16, in an A and C apartment and it was pristine. It was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The staff is also very helpful and nice.
The wifi wasn't consistant.
Kitchen and washing clothes facilities are excellent. Warm and nice water in the shower anytime. Room very clean and neat. Excellent service
Location for Children activities were not clearly indicated
we stopped by when we arrived in Orlando and were allowed to check in at 11 am. Rooms were great. Everything we needed was there. go location to all activities.
we were not able to enjoy the resort itself because you have to check out be 10am. thats a little too early.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the city Excellent location Near Nike Store Outlet Near the main highways, interstate, road Access to Amusement Parks Access to Publix (super market) I will miss the bread. Not traffic et all Nearby Walmart and Best Buy
I was in the room 4201B, and a couple of times nearby families yielding, apparently fighting or having parties (I am not sure) did not leave my baby sleep well. Should be advisable that to yield and load is banned because the pleasure of being there is resting.
Location was close to the parks...had kitchen and was adequate for the two of us with the fold out bed.
Perhaps it's not fair, but my son and his family stayed at their "timeshare unit" and not only was it twice the size of ours with granite counter tops and the works, but it was a double unit, making it four times the size....Our unit was cramped for two people and when I mentioned at the desk that we wanted to be near my son, I was told there was nothing available...(which was an absolute lie...there were empty units on his floor...) It's all about the money at your place... The biggest problem is the Internet...It was completely down the day we arrived...and absolutely the most unwieldy, complicated, and problematic experience I've had with a hotel internet....The cards issued with the numbers made it necessary to put the number in every time you wanted to log on, and if you didn't do anything for a few minutes, had to do it all over again...we had to call the provider at least 4 times over our stay and they finally logged our computers on directly...however, any other devices we had we had to go through the same rigamaroll....I don't think hotels get how much this can impact a stay or how negatively in can affect a guest...and It's all about being able to charge or upsell...every time we logged on we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for an extra $1.50 a day...We are so sick of being nickle and dimed by airlines, hotels, Disney and whoever else, I'd rather not go.....I'm grateful the hotel provided free internet, but all hotels should absolutely provide free internet...I conduct business while I travel and have to have it...Make it easy...don't shop it out to some company; put in your own and give it to your guests...What it's costing you in bad feelings and lack of repeat business is far more than the cost of maintaining it yourself...I can't tell you how upset I was when I called the front desk and they just cavalierly told me to call the provider...
The Pool area was fantastic!
The room I got was very small and disappointed in the kitchen. Make sure that you reserve one of there bigger rooms!
I loved the location, the size of the rooms, the comfort, the privacy offered for each room. I am amazed at these rooms for the price! I recommend Vacation Village to anyone traveling to or through Orlando area.
There is nothing at all that I did not like.
Love the atmosphere, and cleanliness of the place.
Floor plan, location, and pool
Two years ago we had a larger suite with a king size bed and hot tub. This year we had a full size bed an no hot tub. (there was plenty of room for a king size bed).
The place was big very nice, rooms were to for for!!!!!! Had everything
Housekeeping was rude.
We slept on the hidabed for two weeks and it was terrible. You Need to upgrade your mattresses
Near main roads easy access to everything
No cofffee, beds not made no service of any type that I would get from a lot less expensive place. The bed was uncomfortable and very small for two average size people. I would not recommend it to anyone. It reminded of an oversized apartment complex that was too big to accomidate 2 average people it really had nothing to offer for a resort..the price points were high for what we got . We have been to better places for a lot less money.. What we got was the bare minumum that you could get
Pool was dirty
Close proximity to parks
Sofa Furniture was old and stained , bed was very hard and uncomfortable , nothing like what I saw on the web.
Colorful and check in was good.
Very bad room, very end of hall when I asked to be close to an entrance. Jacuzzi tub not working. Furniture not comfortable terrible location and bad design to get to right building. Will never recommend this place
My family had a great time on your property we would stay there again
They did not have house keeping because we were only there for five days
The rooms were clean and while the sofa bed wasn't the most comfy it was sleep-able. The staff was relatively helpful and nice. It was everything we needed for this trip and we are definitely planning on staying again.
Part of the reason we stayed here was because of the shuttles to the park and there were very few and the buses were extremely tiny. Also the staff couldn't point us in the direction of a supermarket/ deli that ended up right next door.
We had a Blast. Close proximity to Disney. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable.
A nice place to stay with excellent pools!
Close to the parks
No room service if stay is less than 7 days (i.e. towels, toilet paper, shampoo, room cleaning, e.t.c.)!
We were visiting our relatives that have a time share and was staying at your location. the Check In person was absolutely wonderful in that she was able to put us directly next to our relatives. They had an A room and we had the B room. Thanks to such accommodating company. Great customer service.
The only flaw was a black stain in the toilet. Not anyone's fault but it was not appealing to the eyes.
Spent time with family. Nice for young children. They have a paddle pool and nice play ground. The nature trail was a nice touch.
Check out at ten is a little too early. Would not stay again for that reason. Our rooms were old, but my daughter had a better setup.
I loved everything ,friendly and fast check in /check out ,the quick response on any request ,large space of the apartment and its arrangements ,location is so close to lots of different interests
I haven't been informed about free internet access until I accidentally asked about it
We had a bad experience at a nearby resort and Vacation Village was quick and and assisted us pleasantly to accomidate our family.
We found previous renters belongings in a drawer and room key. Not the hotels fault.
