Just about everything.
Long wait to register.
Close to Orlando happenings. Great staff. Rooms were roomy and nice. Enjoyed pools and gas grill availability and free snow cones. Shuttle service was nice to Publix and to other places on resort site.
I liked the size of the rooms. very large
Oversized in room Jacuzzi tub. Big kitchen. Activities
Our shower handle was broken upon arrival. We didn't know until the next morning when we went to shower. Called the front desk and it took several hours to be fixed. That affected our plans a bit for that day. Then when it was finished there was a strong chemical odor of adhesive like caulk that was a little hard to stomach. The only follow up was a card left asking us to complete a survey. A little disappointed that no one asked us how our stay was upon checkout. $100 deposit in addition to $25 "activity fee" not mentioned by Booking.com so not sure where that breakdown was.
Wifi didn't work. Exercise room too far away
The suites were large enough for my children and I to spread out and be comfy!
We were in building #10. Nice location out of the hectic mess of Orlando. The facilility was great with comfortable furnitings. The staff did a good job of getting our large family on the same floor when they were at capacity.
Parking was very bad if you got in late. [after the Disney light show and fireworks]
Clean and convenient location
It can do with some updates
Everything, we will be back!
Wi-Fi had to be paid for!
Pool activities were great.
Would like to have aquafit 5 days a week.
What an amazing experience ... the staff are just wonderful people. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we visit orlando.
Nice location, not far from Disney
I loved the layout of the unit and that I had everything that I needed. It was exceptionally clean, better than I expected. I give it 4/5 stars only because it was luxurious like a 5* would be but was excellent for the money.
I can't believe that there isn't an ATM anywhere...I had to go over to the Radisson for cash. At minimum, the main lobby should have an ATM.
I went with my family for the new year week , we hunted this week rental in last minute, we enjoyed so much, everything is surrounding the complex, shops restaurants, Disney is just 5 min drive. So much activities inside the village We will sure rent there again. Thanks
Location Price Size of the room Kitchen
Check out too early
The location was good This was about the only perk!
Parking after being out all day was a nightmare. Some nights had to walk a couple of blocks to,get to unit. Had a lock off unit that did not have a stove which was disappointing.
The size of the rooms and separate bedroom and livingroom.
No coffee provided and slow free internet.
Price,clean,wonderful staff,really nice rooms
had no housekeeping clean the room for 4 night stay. Front desk did not informed us on housekeeping. Had to get towels everyday from the lobby area. Had a questions on an event, was talking to one of the people who handles the reservation to the parks and as soon as he found out I wasn't an owner or guest of an owner, he brushed me off and gave me a pamphlet of the park and rudely started talking to another couple that walked in and just left me with the pamphlet in my hand.
We stayed in building 16, in an A and C apartment and it was pristine. It was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The staff is also very helpful and nice.
The wifi wasn't consistant.
Kitchen and washing clothes facilities are excellent. Warm and nice water in the shower anytime. Room very clean and neat. Excellent service
Location for Children activities were not clearly indicated
we stopped by when we arrived in Orlando and were allowed to check in at 11 am. Rooms were great. Everything we needed was there. go location to all activities.
we were not able to enjoy the resort itself because you have to check out be 10am. thats a little too early.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the city Excellent location Near Nike Store Outlet Near the main highways, interstate, road Access to Amusement Parks Access to Publix (super market) I will miss the bread. Not traffic et all Nearby Walmart and Best Buy
I was in the room 4201B, and a couple of times nearby families yielding, apparently fighting or having parties (I am not sure) did not leave my baby sleep well. Should be advisable that to yield and load is banned because the pleasure of being there is resting.
Location was close to the parks...had kitchen and was adequate for the two of us with the fold out bed.
Perhaps it's not fair, but my son and his family stayed at their "timeshare unit" and not only was it twice the size of ours with granite counter tops and the works, but it was a double unit, making it four times the size....Our unit was cramped for two people and when I mentioned at the desk that we wanted to be near my son, I was told there was nothing available...(which was an absolute lie...there were empty units on his floor...) It's all about the money at your place... The biggest problem is the Internet...It was completely down the day we arrived...and absolutely the most unwieldy, complicated, and problematic experience I've had with a hotel internet....The cards issued with the numbers made it necessary to put the number in every time you wanted to log on, and if you didn't do anything for a few minutes, had to do it all over again...we had to call the provider at least 4 times over our stay and they finally logged our computers on directly...however, any other devices we had we had to go through the same rigamaroll....I don't think hotels get how much this can impact a stay or how negatively in can affect a guest...and It's all about being able to charge or upsell...every time we logged on we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for an extra $1.50 a day...We are so sick of being nickle and dimed by airlines, hotels, Disney and whoever else, I'd rather not go.....I'm grateful the hotel provided free internet, but all hotels should absolutely provide free internet...I conduct business while I travel and have to have it...Make it easy...don't shop it out to some company; put in your own and give it to your guests...What it's costing you in bad feelings and lack of repeat business is far more than the cost of maintaining it yourself...I can't tell you how upset I was when I called the front desk and they just cavalierly told me to call the provider...
The Pool area was fantastic!
The room I got was very small and disappointed in the kitchen. Make sure that you reserve one of there bigger rooms!
