Por tratarse de una reservación hecha por otro medio (Booking), no me acumularon noches de estancia para la promoción de que la décima sea sin costo.

Si nos gusto!!!. Trato amable -en su idioma- austero, practico, aceptable, tiene piscina, tranquilo, seguro, facil de llegar, situado en principal boulevard, cerca de grandes tiendas, cercano a la playa, cercano a disney; el camion te deja enfrente de ese parque fabuloso. Si volveriamos!!! Gracias hotel. Ahhhh venden ricas pizas a unos cuantos pasos.

No tudo estuvo bien. HABERLO UTILIZADO POCOS DIAS Y NO HABER LLEVADO TRAJE DE BAÑO.

I like the location because its in the center of where I want to be at.

But, overall the motel is not well kept. I had a non-smoking room I reserved, but when I walked in it smelled like somebody had smoked in there and with bad odor. The bed spread was not washed and I saw a dried white spot on it. I stripped it off my bed after I noticed it. The second time I stayed there they gave me a room that smelled like a vet's office, I know it wasn't cleaned enough to make the smell go away, no disinfection at all...I would rate this motel a one star. Best I could do.

It was horrible at first we thought it was ok. Yet all night kept smelling feeces, and weren't aware of where it was coming from. The next morning while packing up to check out we just so happened to life the mattress, looking forna sandal, just to find either aminal feeces or some short of rotted mystery thing that reeked so horribly that we could barley contain our stomachs. We then immeditly went to the front desk to inform them. Just for them to tell us the manager was not working that day and they couldn't do anything. I was throwing up all day as well as my dog. My boyfriend had a vigorous migrane and was not feeling to good either. The next day we called (when the manager was in), and he argued that no one was in that room for 2 days (yet while trying to check in the front desk told us all the rooms were full and that we had to wait 2 hours before any would be availible). The manager then started saying it was not likely for the maidsto check the matress or clean up the room before we ocupied it. He offered no accomidation or remorse. Inhave never delt with anyone so rude. I was appalled, sick and just plain discusted. Not only did I sleep on those beds ( yes the decaid matter was under 2 beds) but my boyfriend, dog and I were extremely sick the next day. All in all it was a horrible facility the manager was rude and didnt seem to mind that his hotel was absolutly discusting. Do NOt stay here!!!

Room was comfortable

Continental breakfast was stale and tasteless. A stranger knocked on my door at 2:30 a.m. and scared me.

The location - convenient, right off the freeway and close to prime areas, plus In-N-Out right across the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast food was alright, though not much variety. The overall quality was as expected for the price paid, though some things were inexcusable.

The pool was dirty and did not seem like it was chlorinated. The carpeting in the room was stained and the room itself had a strong smell. The bathroom wall had a small hole near the bottom. The coffee machine in the room was dirty and unusable.

Wifi sucked. Could not do huge work project. So was over hour late to meeting. Had to go to Starbucks Tv sucked. Bed hard. Loud. Phone rang twice in middle night and work me up. Alarm clock broken. Place is a joke. Never stay there again.

Staff, rooms cleaned daily, price, close to shoping and food.

While the rooms were kept very clean and the bed and beding were of good quality, furnishings and carpet are near there useful life and could be replaced.

This is our second stay here. The beds were on the hard side which is comfortable to us. The value you can't beat it. Quiet for being right off a freeway. The location, for our purpose, was centraly located(beach,Disneyland,fair ground, freeway's). In/Out burger is in the parking lot. Also a gas station with one of the lowest price's in the area, was also in the parking lot.

WI-FI was slow. Pillows are REAL soft(I bring my own when driving). Shower head was too low for us(6ft tall). Due to limited mobility, I wish ALL hotels would have a bar to get up and down in the bathroom. It was hard to do in our bathroom.

Great pool and it was sparkling. Good location to a lot of stores and eateries.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. The tv channels were mediocre. The breakfast was weak. Limited variety very poor attempt at a continental breakfast.

They clean are room every day and is was great. I was happy with our room bed was good and clean with good bedding. The rest of the room was ok. It was better than what I was expecting. Live that there was a safe my husband loves to lock some of his stuff in the room.

TV is out date channels didn't have good picture. Parking at times was difficult, being that we wanted to park close to our room. Our sink was backing up the water before draining . I was expecting the room to be worse. I would stay againg in the same room. I didnt like that at booking room rate and reservation where taken with out tax. Our room was more than what the Internet was.

the safe door wouldn't close and a staff member came to look at it,they couldn't fix it,so nothing was done about it.it would have been nice to keep my money in it while I was out for the day. the room was clean,but the decor is due for a refurbishment! carpet has black spots around the sink area and generally needs renewed.

I called ahead for a adjoining room which the employee said she would try to accomodate. Then when I arrived they said we have no adjoining rooms. Then I got in my room and clearly the one rom adjoined to the other but they didn't give us that room. So I asked for the adjoining room and they then moved us but the other room door would not lock. You could push it right open without a key. So we asked to move back. Just disappointed employees said one thing and then it was another. Also one of our rooms smelled very badly.

The room facilities include microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron. Good water pressure, pool & spa. Good position for walk to supermarket & t/away food. Good large room.

Fittings & decor very tired & need updating. An update on all furniture, bathroom/shower fittings and a paint job would be great.

Price very curtious staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.Airport Shuttle was free.Close to Beach and nice pleasant surroundings.

Unfortunatly there was nothing like fridge or microwave.

The management and staff went out of their way To make sure I was comfortable and safe

This motel was better than I expected after reading several poor reviews, the staff were helpful, the room was cleaned well every day, I had clean towels everyday too.
