Clean room, air conditioning worked great. Good breakfast next door at diner.
Noise from slamming doors and trucks, not too bad, but noticeable.
Ok for the price. A stop off for a road trip. The diner on site was brilliant with very friendly staff.
Noise and we looked out onto a walk in centre which was always busy.
Close to old town
There was a window above the door with no window covering. I thought it was a private and security issue. It also prevented the room to be totally dark, there was a light outside my door.
The bathroom was clean There is free shuttle and they came to pick us up few times, that was handy.
There are no windows, there is glass, but no way of getting fresh air. Almost no fruit or yogurt for breakfast There is a popcorn cart and smells a lot… It was very, very noise, I woke up every night with noise...
Free breakfast friendly staff location next to Old town
Decor A little tired
Excellent value, large bed, powerful shower. Nice hot tub and pool.
Breakfast was only ok.
Great location , good value staff very helpful thoroughly recommend affordable with breakfast included cannot be bad
Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good price
Complimentary drinks were great in a hot summer day. Next time we will stay there too.
Lack of security. Dated guest rooms decor wise.
Friendly and helpful housekeeper.
1. Poor elevator facility. 2. Poor light exclusion through fanlight above door.
Good location, nice breakfast.good value.
Free shuttle was awesome and the older gentleman driving was extremely nice. The free breakfast in the morning is delicious and great!
The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty. We found garbage and trash behind the night stands. The wall paper was coming off the walls. The remote wasn't working. Also, I had booked two queen beds but only got one queen.
Fairly easy to acces, just off the highway but a bit off from the Town centre
Tracy who made breakfast did an awesome job! Food is great at hotel & Perkos! Clean place & well located!
The extra things like the ironing board and iron inside the rooms. The extra towels and I didn't have to request more. Coffee pot in the room. The hot breakfast was nice.
The refrigerator didn't work however, we didn't realize it until morning after we saw all the water in the bottom of the refrigerator. I'm surprised our food didn't spoil. The manager came to my room with another employee to threaten me if I took any longer checking out he would charge my credit card another day. Yes, I was late checking out, but you don't come to a guest room and threaten them while they are preparing to shower and leave. The receptionist was also snappy when I had a conversation regarding my lost reservation. Then I was informed they had charged my credit card before I even checked into the hotel and that was not suppose to happen when I booked through Booking.com. I will never patron this establishment ever again in this life time or the next. I thought the staff was very rude and aggressive in the way the late check out was handled. I think someone can do much better for the price of this hotel. I shouldn't pay to get insulted and intimidated by the hotel manager because I'm running late on checking out. He also called me 2 or 3 times on the phone telling me you have 15 minutes or else. I explained to him I needed more time to gather my things and take a shower, however that wasn't good enough for Captain America. I thought the attempt at coming to my room to intimidate me was a bit much. I personally wished I hadn't booked a room with these people. It ruined my day. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel like the Hawthorn in Sacramento. Cheaper, friendlier and the hot breakfast was much nicer. The rooms are also bigger for a lesser rate. This was a total mistake in hind sight.
Only thing I was a little disappointed was not all of the breakfast items was available at the time it was suppose to be.
Location, easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. Staff members are nice and friendly. Nice environmental friendly.
Room A/C blown directly toward the bed. So I improvised by setting the chairs in front of it.(3 feet away from A/C vent) The door, had about a 1 inch opening space on the bottom. Placed a towel to keep the heat coming into the room. (rm # 302).
Close to Old Town
Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Old Town and Downtown both close. Fairly basic but good breakfast considering it was included in the room rate.
We had a bit of traffic noise in our room but in fact the traffic volume dropped at night so it did not keep us awake.
The hotel is located at the 3rd street between the downtown and the Old Sacramento. The staff are kind and helpful! There are good breakfast and a free shuttle bus service as well as the drivers (e.g. Dennis) are really nice. The room is clean and fully equipped. I can advise to everybody.
Actually, I cannot tell you anything what I did not like.
Cheep price Good breakfast
Room kind of smelled like stale cigarettes
Very comfortable beds.
A bit expensive for an extra parking permit.
