location and clean
Good Value - inexpensive, and comfortable.
Facility is a little shop-worn, could use a sprucing up.
Parking and easy check in
Bed bugs, telephone and coffee maker broken, blow dryer missing and manager didn't care about complaints.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The place needed better lighting
Location is good, staff were friendly.
Paid $40 more per night by booking online then walking in off the street. Motorcycle was broken into.
Everything! We would definitely come back!
We were on the second floor. My husband has had 8 knee surgeries and climbing the stairs really set him back. I found out when I checked out that there was ground floor room available after all.
Noise guest ,door didn't seal air blows in around it .
The staff was friendly The room was clean Staff was agreeable to refund
Poor location, rundown part off town Paint chips A/C rusty and noisy Bed was old, worn Bad mattress and boxspring Extremely poor television reception and condition. Parking lot needs surfacing and hole repair.
Location was fine.
Kids from nearby smoking dope at the pool. Milk and juice not cold, poor selection for breakfast. Rundown feel to the property. Rooms dirty.
Staff was great
Price to high for that old room. Although i would come back but not at that price.
washrooms ac bedsheets blankets
Check in clerk went out of way to get us checked in early. Pool area looked nice.
Beds hard!!!!!!, refrigerator not plugged in and could not reach plug behind TV cabinet. Some mold in bath surround and tub was dingy looking (old/stained). Iron removed from room and no coffee pot in room.
The location was good. The pill was nice and clean.
The pool needed more chairs. Some of their towels need replaced. I booked a single king bed and was given two queens. I was told they didn't have any left. I eventually got a single king bed like I reserved.
The staff was friendly the rooms were clean the location was good for us it's a little older but good hotel for its age.
I had no dislikes
Front desk folks were great!
Cobwebs, powdered coffee creamer, horrible pillows, smell, A/C loud and on all of the time. Place needs a facelift!
The only thing nice about the place was the pool, but because of the location it was a little creepy to be In a bathing suit with all the tweekers and suspicious individuals walking around
Room didn't look clean, blankets were dirty with fresh stains on them, AC was covered in lint, hair on bathroom floor, mildew on shower curtain. First room we were given lock didn't work, second room we were given AC didn't work, third room we were given was the dirty one, with no fridge or microwave like the second room. Breakfast was terrible and nothing to look forward to in the morning.
Easy access from highway. Desk personnel were GREAT!
Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Carpet was in desperate need of cleaning. If barefooted in room, feet were black from carpet. Too many strangers walking thru parking lot. People not staying at motel using pool.
It is very close to the Peppermill which was most important to us. The pool area is large and clean, though there could be more chairs. There is plenty of parking. The people at the front desk were helpful. The bed itself was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower/tub was good.
They padlock the pool to keep neighbor kids out but this means guests have to go to the desk, wait for someone to come unlock it, and then tell the desk when they are done. The pillows are lumpy messes. There are a few what appear to be "long-term guests" that leave their doors open all the time, giving us glimpses into their lives we wish we didn't have to share. One of the ice machines is located in a very dark hall that is scary at night. There are signs for vending machines but none to be found. (There is a 7-11 nearby.) Our King Bed room had a room divider that might have been useful if we were sharing the room; however, it blocks the air conditioning from getting to the bed, so we were constantly having to get the room freezing and then let it circulate around. There is no option to have the fan on without either cooling or heating. "Breakfast" is a jug of Sunny D (if they remember to stock it), some plastic-wrapped pastries and various toastable breads/bagels. No decaf is available. Our tub had peeling "no-slip" strips, so not only was there slipping, but tripping/scraping.
The removal of funds from my account when I never booked nor stayed here and ehen I called all3 times I got lied to and the run around very poor etiquette and rude and unprofessional I explained this and requesred a refund and was told I would be reimbursed and the manager woyld contact me I got neither and when I called again to inquirethe status of mt situation I was again lied to
Nothing stood out, but nothing was terrible. It is what I wanted and what I expected.
location, the pool and wifi and the breakfast
the A/C in the room was broken
ALI THE MANAGER IS GREAT AND ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE I WILL STAY AGAIN
CANT THINK IF ANYTHING
The hotel was close to everything, so we were able to walk to restaurants and the gas station. Our room was clean and cozy, the pool area was nice, and the staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.
There were some homeless people wandering around the parking lot.
