The breakfast setup, not enough space and not enough seats

The motel is located right by the seaside, great to look at the air planes on the SFO runways when take a walk along the seashore. Breakfast is sufficient, staff is friendly. Nice choice for a one night layover.

Had to wait for nearly 30 mins for the airport shuttle.

For the extra money it was worth it to get the Bay view.

Air flow/condition didn't work to well.

That upon arrival we were able to get a ground floor room and it was handicap which work out well as my husband is handicapped. I would recommend this hotel, if, I get refunded the cash money I paid out over and above the charge on my credit card and accept it as just a mistake.

I was double charged on my credit card and I also paid cash for my room. They did credit one of the charges so far... But the receptionist said she would email my receipt for the cash payment and Now I am hoping I don't have to fight them to get my $112.00 cash refund back. We checked out at 3:20 A.M. and the receptionist said she was texting her boss/manager/supervisor in order to straighten it out, but we had to leave as our daughter picked us up for our flight out. She was either incompetent or not trained well enough.

The location. Busshuttle to the airport. We went by (hired) car to the caltrain station and the Bart station to visit SF. The reception was friendly and helpfull.

Our room wasn't clean. Under the bed: last weeks there was no vacuum claener. The drawers were full of dirt!

Good value for money. A pleasant 1.3 mile walk from either bart or CalTrain. Shuttle to nearby sfo every half hour. Situated right along the Bay.

Bedding - very comfortable bed with feather pillows and duvet, and excellent cotton linen. Super food choice for breakfast.

Disposable breakfast dishes and cutlery - such a waste of resources and unpleasant to eat off/with.

Price is reasonable in consideration to its location, as we just planned to stay overnight for another connecting flight to leave sfo the other morning, so we just need a decent place to stay with fair price, so far this hotel could make it.

The shuttle took a long time to come (half an hour at least), so if you missed one, it will mean you gonna stay there and wait under the wind for 30 mins more - it is not a very good experience for us especially we arrived by very late flight. If I knew the shuttle came that late, I would have booked another one within walking distance, or simply catch a cab. Also, the lady at the night shift picked up the phone with a very low voice and you could hardly get what she said.

The room was very nice, lg king size bed, breakfast really great, i would stay there again, also staff was nice, helpful.

The breakfast was good. Something you would normally only get at a more expensive hotel. There was a great restaurant/bar next to the property.

The breakfast room was messy.

It was close to the Airport, Freeway, and within driving distance to most of Silicon Valley and SF.

Terribly rude front desk lady. My reservation was for Feb 24-28. I arrived at the hotel from a red-eye flight at 6am on Feb 25 which I called ahead to let them know about. Whoever this person is needs to be fired. I stood in front of the front desk, in front of the front desk person for a minute before she acknowledged my existence. Then she said, you must be checking out? Uhhh NO, I'm checking IN. Then she looked at me with the most disgusted face and said NO you're not because check-in time is (whatever time) in the afternoon. I was interrupted twice trying to explain that my reservation included the night of the 24th. Then in one DUH moment, she sees the only form in front of her on her desk... it's my damn reservation. I'll never again go to this establishment and cannot recommend them to anybody.

I was a little concerned since this hotel was considerably cheaper than most of the other hotels in the vicinity of the airport, but my concerns were completely unfounded. Very clean, friendly, and an honest to goodness free breakfast that wasn't just a glorified continental breakfast. Well done. Very convenient to the airport and very nice shuttles. FIrst class everywhere but with the price.

Rooms are very clean. Housekeeping is #1 :) Bay view. Proximity to eveything.

bathtub drain is a little slow.

The hotel is nice, clean and very comfortable. Free wifi and free parking. Its located just 5 min away from the sfo airport and there is a free shuttle that comes and goes every 30 min. My family really liked the free breakfast. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very close to sf International Airport. Free shutle service. Big room, good shower, good heating system. I could stay there again

Behind all this hotels on this region, you have a small lane to walk and running seeing all the airplanes departs and landing. But at night, some guys using drugs thread me .. just bad talk with mad addicteds.

Nicely situated and close to the airport. Comfortable beds, free airport shuttle and free wifi.

Grumpy staff and breakfast room has only two tables which makes it uncomfortable to eat.
