The rooms were clean, The staff very helpful. Lots of parking. It was pretty close to everything we needed. The power went out for the whole block, I think they should have informed us that it was a City Of Santa Clara problem not just something with the hotel. They did tell me once I went to the office tho.

The management is rude; terrible value for the money; the place is a dump; waste of money Hated the place! Don't stay here; I wouldn't stay again if it were free!

The inside of the room was fine. The property, the vagabond-ish people hanging around the outside. This was terrible.
