hotel decor satisfactory, and looked fairly recently refurbished. bathroom in particular well tiled. maid service was excellent and staff most helpful car parking a bit tight |

It was close to everything that I went to,Freeway access was great.Nice and clean There was a light smell in the bathroom,I think it was from the sink. |

It was within minutes of the beach, Sea World, downtown, etc. The staff was not very welcoming. |

Hotel service such as additional towels knowing we had 4 people in the room and only 2 towles in the room.Rude employees when asked for more towels. The room smelled and looked ran down and dirty. Our 7 year old said that he would wait to take a shower at home then to take one in this hotel. |

Rooms had updated, new furniture, new carpeting, fridge, dvd player, microwave, etc., nice lighting in the room and a full line of TV channels. The outside was some what dated, needs some repairs of concrete walkways. |
