everything but the staff, except Juan Carlos, the guy who is taking care of your housekeeping
Location, environment, secure free car park, wifi, kitchen facilities, heating system, cleanliness, comfy bed, close proximity to village, shops, ski & board rentals/lift.
Location hard to beat! Parking spot included Fireplace
Outdated decor however if it was updated the price would go up so as long as it was clean, and it was, decor not as important.
The coffee make and tv inthe master dolidny work. Got new coffee maker bit after. 4 days no tv. Disappointing. All else was fine. Kitchen cookwRe needs updating. Need more utensils
Great location. Covered parking!
Accommodates 4 but sold to us as accommodating 6. Fridge not cooling. TVs Are old and cable doesn't work properly. Internet spotty.
Kitchen, Balcony and bedroom. Take the elevator to the ski lockers then a short walk to the gondola. The escalator by the ice rink made the walk so much easier. The Montauk Restaurant was close by and great seafood. Right next door to the Lionhead Jewelry.
Balcony looking at Lionshead and Eagle lift
view, balconies (corner unit), accessibility to everything
dark shower (nitpicking here)
Great location and beautiful views. Nice units close to everything.
Only one parking place for our large group. I would have looked past that but also on checking in we were given a unit that only slept 6 and we had a reservation for 8. (Reserved the three bedroom executive that should have slept 9!) Once we complained, the front desk moved us but it was a huge mess as half our party had left to go park their cars several blocks away.
Spaceous property with excellent accessibility to Lionshead shopping the Jazz Festival venues, hiking and bike trails.
Nearby construction noise on weekdays (not weekend) and the occasional wafs of smoke from the BBQ joint/restaurant next door!
-Quality of the room -Nice pool/hot tub -Close to Vail Village and mountain
-Cable TV didn't work -A couple of lights were out
space size, comfortable, clean, great hot tubs and pool, fire pit area, close to Lionshead and near shuttle to Vail Village. Price was right! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!
Furnace was turned all the way down, but it kept running anyway... got hot, so slept with windows open and ceiling fan, although then heard highway noise. Space outdated, but still cozy and functional.
Location was great!!! Walked out of the parking garage and a few steps later, you're standing in Lionshead Village. Shopping and dining at your fingertips! Hot tubs were great for a evening and morning soak, and sitting at the fire pit with a adult beverage was excellent!
The only issue we had was once we wrapped up the day, we tried to turn on the tv in the bedroom to fall asleep, and no luck. We tried everything! Remotes, buttons on the tv, light switches, everything. But again, not a big deal.
Wifi didn't work and we tried 4 devices. I called twice and never received call back.
Best sleep , never herd a sound. Top quality room for reasonable cost
No coffee available . Had to walk to Starbucks in village.
Loved the courtesy of the staff and the location of the facility in relation to restaurants and stores. The pool and other amenities were quite nice. Overall stay was quite good.
Room could have been updated a bit more with fresher interior...nicer televisions and some newer furniture.
The location is very nice. Convenient to many restaurants and the ski lifts.
The accomodations are getting a bit tired and need to be refreshed. We stayed in a one bedroom, which also has two bunk beds, and the place is quite cramped for more than two people.
Great location Staff was generally helpful permitted early arrival A decent 1 bedroom condo with lots to do nearby. Pool and Hottub.
Condo had a worn feel $100 Service Charge added to the Booking.com fee. would not agree to this if we were not so late booking Bed/bedding was old.
Late check in. Early check out.
the room , the position, the services
There was a closed by construction and noise from it when sitting on the patio. Noise from the neighbors above us at 7 am.
That the pool did not open before 10 am so we did not get to enjoy it because we had to check out
Great room. Friendly staff. Let us check in a couple hours early. Very relaxing weekend. Awesome location and super easy access to lionshead village.
Our balcony was super close to moes BBQ patio so it was kind of loud occasionally but nothing terrible.
The view the place everything was beautiful.
The only thing that we didn't like about our room is that we din't have air condition and the room was kind of hot.
No laundry machines inside the appartment
