Location, outlook etc fantastic. A real standout was the staff. Everyone we experienced was warm, friendly and helpful. 100%!
Room was slightly old and tired, not too bad though
All the photos of the 3br condos indicate they are all within the resort but they are a 5 min walk away in some rental condos built in the 60's. I could have got it VRBO for cheaper. The condos are not in the resort or a part of the main facilities
Nice location and nice facilities.
The one bedroom condo was a little outdated and had an odor.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Not a thing!
treated very poorly by a guy at the front desk of the hotel, Dylan Hedges or Ledges. First night we were put in a horrible, dirty, outdated condo. I would like the money for that night to be reimbursed to me. It was a dump of a place.
very nice experience
Great service, location and amenities. Shuttle service is invaluable.
No shuttle service to the airport. Shuttles are crowded and need to come quicker.
Great location with its own ski lift; excellent service by staff in ski shop; nice facilities including heated pool and hot tubes; lively bar
Room service food was horrible; price versus value was only fair
Right next to chairlift
Booking.com tax and service with added resort charge and tax and parking cost made it way more expensive than anticipated so not such a great deal
The ambiance and the transportation service to the town. The friendly staff.
Great location, lift on site, great atmosphere, free bus to/from the village every 15 minutes, very comfortable!
Ski in/ out. We liked the hotel facilities, especially main pool and hot tub. The majority of staff were very helpful.
we stayed for new year's. I called 3weeks prior to our arrival, requesting 2 rooms we booked to be next to each other. At that time hotel confirmed that could be done. However, when we arrived we were given rooms separated down the hall. It was disappointing just because they promised they would accommodate us prior. For New Years celebration, they changed the time of main balloon drops to 10pm in the last minutes. It was annoying since I expected it to occur at midnight, and arranged dinner out late, and we missed the whole event at the hotel. It makes me feel we can't trust the hotel. We probably would stay somewhere else next time.
Ski valet/storage was very convenient. Lift right outside the hotel. Very family friendly hotel. Big hotel but very quiet. Fantastic massage at Aria - Tilley was excellent!
We love that had lots of activities for the kids ! Is ski in and out
Very limited resturant options with in the hotel
Loved staying right on the river
Dealing with the room charge problems.
The service was excellent. The facilities beautiful and comfortable.
Location. Close to Denver, yet right at the mountains. Excellent customer service.
The food and service at Atwater was amazing, although my friend and I were seated right next to a table with two small children and lots of trash from them under the table. Better placement would have been nice and the staff cleaned up the garbage as soon as the kids left.
I was given a suite do to my reservation not being on Vail Cascade's computer. Thank goodness I had my printout from Booking.com in my hand. The entrance, library and bar were quite nice with lovely views.
I thought the Atwater Restaurant needed a make over compared to other resorts in Vail and Beaver Creek area. The dinner menu was very average.
Spacious - - - clean - - -
Spa & pool areas were outstanding !
hospitality, very friendly, willing to help and take care of their customers.
Great food and facilities.
Location on creek, trail between villages easily walkable, staff was most accommodating,
Carpet pretty worn and a little dirty; it was a handicapped room, which was ok but no one asked if it was ok, no coffee in the condo, the deck in front had weeds growing through the plank floor.
Location and stream nearby!!
Gruggling sounds in sink area!
