Incredible place with great staff and service.
Noise from adjoining room
Location, friendliness of employees, service in restaurant, breakfast included
HOLES IN SHEET ON OUR BED!!!!!!!
Concierge Staff Service Overall Experience was excellent
Lack of microwave Refrigerator could of been a bit larger WiFi service left a bit to be desired.
Location was perfect, 'Vitality Center' was unlike anything I've seen. Great food and free breakfast buffet. All in all a '10+++'
The room rate was 1/5 what it is in the winter months. The bathroom was huge and had both a shower and tub. Bed was awesome. It had all the amenities right in the room that you would need. Iron, Iron board, fan, etc. The fireplace was awesome, we even fired it up just for the looks of it. The free breakfast in the morning was the best continental breakfast I have ever seen. Cheeses, salmon, fruit, cereal, and all types of breakfast food. Best breakfast spread I have ever seen!
No air-conditioning in the room. We left the window open and they provided a small fan which helps out. But it was a pretty warm night. Great value for summer travel, and great location.
Great location....Breakfast buffet was a plus which was included in the price. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely return.
A fine hotel. We will be back.
Great breakfast included with stay, great location in Vail Village.
Room faced interstate, no air conditioning so listened to traffic all night.
Location facility and staff were excellent
There was no A/C so the rooms were uncomfortably warm
Location was great!
Our room was poorly stocked with toiletries. There was only one staff member doing everything. No air conditioning. Not many options for room service or amenities.
Really nice, clean rooms. Wonderful, friendly people working there.
The hotel was mainly empty and they put us in a room that broke off from the main hallway with another room and also put someone in that room. Would have been nice to have a little more privacy.
The view on creekside is fabulous.
Loved the location, the bed was very comfy and I sleep with a fan every night so it was nice that you had one available. The fireplace in the room was a romantic touch and made for a nice ambiance. The facilities looked very nice but we didi not have time to use them.
Service at check in was unimpressive. The male who checked us in seemed annoyed that he had to come out from the office behind the desk to help me and I had to ask him where to unload and park. No facilities were mentioned nor was the special going on in the restaurant. I only learned of these things from walking around the property and exploring.
The mold in the shower and the fact that the patio doors did not lock
Nice atmosphere very peaceful...
Great dinner, clean rooms, very clean and comfy beds.
Spa service was terrible, not impressed with our room. Front desk/valet services were mediocre.
The service was awesome! The location is great. The spa treatments were wonderful. The bedding was nice. We loved having a fireplace in our room! We loved that you could open the windows and get that great fresh air in the room! The cleaning people were excellent! "Appy Hour" in Tara Bistro was fun and the appetizers were delicious! They have a great wine selection. The hotel feels very clean.
We had two rooms. We couldn't get Wi-Fi in one of the rooms. The shower was very small. and had one little wire rack that doesnt allow the small shampoo bottles to stand up properly. The bathroom has a large tub that took up half the bathroom. We don't take baths in hotels...but for those who do, they will like this feature? Changing up the breakfast buffet a tad more might be nice. After several days of eating breakfast, it feels like Groundhog day!
The restaurant was very good and it was nice that the hotel had a good option available. The rooms were very nice - loved having an in room fireplace Bed was exceptionally comfortable
Would have preferred to have some sort of small store with snacks etc available. Room was too warm most of the time - we had trouble bringing the temperature down
location inside Vail Village and an easy walk to the lifts even in ski boots. Helpful and responsive staff.
Lobby unremarkable, carpets on first floor tracked with dirt from the snow and grit.
The room and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. You could open the windows to get fresh air and the mountain aroma. The shower pressure was nice and strong. The free breakfast had as large and had so many delicious - I had a hard time choosing what to pick. I would set the value at $25 a person for that meal.
The fireplace in the room is turned off in the summer. The fan noise was loud and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, but we didn't call and ask. I liked the noise, my friends did not. She also thought the bed was lumpy and a bit too soft. I loved the bed and the bedding was divine. Our room faced the back side, not the Vail mnt. side, so we didn't have a good view. But it didn't really matter.
Room upgrade and I didn't ask. Excellent brunch included in price. Location
Check-in not friendly My side of the bed bowed in and I was uncomfortable
