The staff was extraordinarily welcoming. We have been in many motels over the years and this stood out.
Wish the beds had thicker comforters. There were no extra blankets in room and could have used more warmth. Turning on the heat in the middle of the night was not an option as it would have been too noisy.
Located not far off the freeway, within walking distance of a few good restaurants and a nice shopping mall, right on the river, with a good restaurant down stairs and some good room service. It's an older place (60's-70's) that has some character but has been kept up nice.
The "soaking tub" is a little overstated. It's just a tub/shower combo, at least in the room we had. Also, the shower drained real slow. We kept having trouble with our key cards. They would deactivate real easy. None of these were a big enough deal to keep us from coming back. We still enjoyed our stay, just a couple little annoying things.
nice porters who went the extra mile helping us with are bags
my wife is recovering from a stroke and I can hadle wauke do to painful legs.they offerd a privit bar beteen 6-8 but it was closed with out notice and we ended up in the main bar&grill after a lot of extra wauking
Nice room. Nice restaurant. Keurig coffee maker.
Wish it had a frig and microwave. No breakfast provided.
My daughter and her family live in Eugene, so I liked having a good, clean, safe place to stay while visiting.
If booking through a website like booking.com and you are eligible for a lower rate, such as a military discount, they are unable to accommodate this lower rate... However multiple other hotels are able to complete this. In addition to this, the check in is 4pm however at 4:20pm my room was still not available. I was upgraded but into a room full of cobwebs and dust/dirt everywhere.
Everything was overpriced all the way to a 4 dollar Pepsi. We ordered room service and the food was not cooked came cold and not very good they charged me 70$ for breakfast there we ordered 2 plates and juice a breakfast that would cost 20 anywhere else.
Steps from the best running path in Oregon.
It was nothing fancy or modern but it was clean
location and having a restaurant in the facility.
Poor response to having a coffee maker that didn't work at 8AM. We'll have engineering come up to check it out or you can get some at the espresso bar. I asked that they send up engineering. 8:45 no one had come so I dress and go down to the espresso bar. It apparently isn't meant for walk up customers. When I figured that out, I flagged a wait person who was nice enough to get two coffees to go from a back room. When asked how our stay had been at check out, the manager was apologetic and gave us a voucher for breakfast. That was nice.
The dinner was very good in the dining room. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and so pretty. Would definitely stay there again.
very quiet, very comfortable
Not enough parking close to the room
I like how clean and inviting it felt when we walked in.
We had no hot water for our morning showers. We were given a $30. Credit
The location is good and bed is comfortable.
Front desk staff were cold and asked me to wait for more than 10mins just because he's on the phone. I booked a concierge room and nobody let me know the concierge club was closed during my stay until I asked. The concierge club was a hotel room rather than a real lounge. The shuttle driver left without saying bye to us after tipping him. The lamps in the room were broken and tub was plugged. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
The staff at the Front Desk was very welcoming. Room Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. Check out was a breeze.
Everything was fine.
Location and friendly staff
$15 breakfast buffet limited to three hot items. Not worth the money by a long shot!
I loved laying in bed and watching the river flow by reflecting the lights. Lovely, lovely! The food was to die for and everyone treated me like a queen.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.
Very friendly staff. Clean non smoking rooms. Very comfortable large bed. All of the amenities you could ask for in a top quality room and an excellent restaurant.
The food is wonderful. You know the chef knows what he is doing when the salmon comes to the table moist and delicious. very one is like family. I love the place.
Very impressed by staff and willingness to accommodate my needs. I rode the train and was on foot for the most part, the shuttle availability was tremendously helpful.
I wish I was more informed upon check in of all services available to me and that of local surroundings.
Close to eateries and shopping center.
Property is dated and shabby. What ever you do, stay in the new addition to the property. Not as worn.
Lounge river view
I liked the proximity to my son's home.
Didn't include daily breakfast.
Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Location near Valley River mall and main roads a plus, as its easy to move about the city.
Beds were not made up on Thanksgiving day, so front desk gave us a discount on the rooms. Hotel is old and needs a face lift.
The quiet, wide hallways, security, quick response by staff, central location with easy access
Torn blankets and linnen and fabric softener bad mattress and need more chairs in room
Noisy Heater at night
