Silicon Valley Hotel San Jose Airport    

This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Close to airport Free WiFi

The staffs are kind and helpful. Room is spacious and comfort. And the view from room is also good. Building is beautiful. And it is not far away from light rail station.

Streets around the place seem not safe after dark.

Location to the meeting site I was attending.

Lobby smelled like stale beer from the bar. Mattresses were stored in the upstairs hallway leaning against a wall. Some of the lights did not work in the room at all. Motion activated switches were on all lights. There was no way to turn the lights off and keep them off other than to turn each light off at the device. Aggravating. The facility was not clean. I understand they are under construction and make allowance for this. They still can clean what is in place carpets until this is done.

Right next to airport and close to large shopping mall. Clean and clean smelling. Pretty nice pool. Sheets clean, tile floors newly redone. Let me check in an hour early.

I was assigned to a room that was already occupied. The bedding was uncomfortable, only one tissue left in box, TV difficult to operate, had to call Housekeeping to turn on reading lights & coffeemaker.

loved the Island Theme of the restaurant and bar. Lobby was very nice and smelled wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I requested a quiet room away from stairs and I was placed right near the lobby.

They didn't have our reservation and gave us a room under a higher rate

Good location to the SJC airport; clean room; van transport

Front desk understaffed; clerk had trouble finding my reservation; first room key didn't work; feather pillows! Please have 50/50 good quality foam available in room.

We booked 2 rooms 3 wks in advance and it was paid in full thru booking.com and they gave the best rooms to a group convention cause they booked 2 days before?! I And the exercise room they advertise we were not able to use cause the pegs to use the weight machine were not there and I told them and they never got back to me with an answer!

All was good and would recommend to any one that it is a clean and tidy hotel with good facilities.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant

Duct tape on transition from flooring to carpet. I asked for a small fridge on my reservation request but was provided a room without one even though the information on the hotel says refrigerators in all rooms.

It was conveniently located.

Rooms were not not very clean, carpets were dirty and old. I was in a non smoking room and it was apparent that people had been smoking in the room before. The wifi is horrible.

It was nice --the bed was fine.

Food in the restaurant not too good.

It is clean and close to tell airport and provides parking while we are out of town. The pool area is attractive and inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff gave poor driving instructions over the phone. Construction crew starting at 7:00am.

There 6 hours slept quick check in. Shuttle ran 24 hours I arrived at 11 pm back at airport at 5:30 am shuttle reliable. A huge plus and reason to stay again.

Domestic problem and police in lobby on arrival I was a little insecure but all seemed ok.
