Not much - all pretty standard - seen one room like this, seen them all. I thought I was getting a luxury $220 per n ight room for $83. This room was worth what I paid but that is nopt the point. The area is not safe either. I shoudl have researched it more.....I was deceived!!
I thought I was getting a $220 room for $83. There is no way this room is normally $220 per night. There were young adults (early 20's) partying in their rooms and the parking lot most of the late night (including late night). Smoking marijuana. Runing up and down the stairs.
Accessability and modern layout of the room.
Room was very small and it is not in the best of areas.
There was no parking the lot was full. The remodeling of the room was performed by novices or the blind. The fit finish in the bathroom the walls just everything was done to the the poorest standards I have ever witnessed.
I really lile this hotel would recommend it and I'll stay again.
Internet connection unstable and slow. Restaurant is dark and the waiter was not friendly.
We were told that there would be free parking for our vehicle. We were trying to park one evening, and there weren't any parking spaces available to us. We went to the hotel desk to notify them of this, and they informed us that they also allow people to park their cars there, whom aren't guests of the hotel, so that they can park close to the airport. Our situation was dismissed with a "shrug" from the employee at the desk.
I did not like anything. Except the lobby because that's all I saw.
Everything about my experience there. Staff was extremely unprofessional and I rude and did not seem to care about my needs. Seemed to be hating that they were at work.

There were ants in my hotel room....everywhere! And when i told the front desk their response was, "can we give you a bug spray or have security spray your room." And mind you this was at midnight. I demanded they move me to another room and so they did. Luckily no ants found in the second room.
I had a basin over flow, due to plumbing problems at 2am and the next day they upgraded our room at no extra charge,.
The restaurant may possibly be amongst the most expensive in the whole of San Jose. Why I am still not sure ?
Jose the maintenance tech was courteous and helpful when our air conditioning did not work. Staff were courteous.
Total rip off price for a horribly tiny room in a terrible neighborhood. Could barely walk around the beds, room was decorated horribly with beat up woodwork. Looked like they got the decor from a thrift store. Not only would I never stay there again, I will probably never stay in a Wyndham Garden hotel just based on how they rip people off. I paid $200 for one night in a dump.
The beds were comfy, and so was the room even though it was small, as well as the bathroom. Liked that it was clean and updated, was a little weary judging from the outside.
The air conditioning was not cold, even at the highest temp. There is no elevator. And lastly, the extra taxes and fees were ridiculous. Not worth it for this type of place. Reminds me of an updated motel rather than 3 star hotel.
Nothing really stood out. The lobby looked very nice and was expecting typical Wyndham experience. Boy were we wrong
It looks like it used to be a best western or super 8 type hotel. Air conditioning was a little box thelat only pointed at the floor. TV reception was terrible. Rooms were very small. Bathroom door didn't close. Had to call to have my room cleaned. No assigned parking. Worst Wyndham I've ever seen. The reason we selected this hotel was because it's a Wyndham we were very disappointed.
Shuttle service was early to get to airport
Air conditioning not working Patch up working was bad older hotel but not fixed up very well. Called front desk about air conditioning and nothing was taken care of and for 160.00 not worth it

Clean room. Cleaners do an excellent job in the rooms! comfortable bed and new furniture.
Can hear loud music and someone on microphone speaking in Spanish in the next door hall during the day and night on a Saturday in room 303. It was very annoying too day the least. Very hard to find parking. One night there was no parking at all so we had to ask the front desk to help us. Second hotel room did not have a microwave. Cigarette smoke going into our room in a non smoking area through the air conditioner. This happened several times in the middle of the night. The front desk staff said they'll send someone but never did. We had to go to the front desk to ask to be moved. Quality of sleep affected. Staff was generally careless on the phone, did not want to answer or was somewhat rude on the phone. When you see them in person they seemed to care.
Comfort of the room was nice. Cleanliness of the room was good.
Rudeness of the staff. Only one ice machine in whole place worked on the other side of the Hotel. The staff, in a rude tone, said you need to walk to the other end on the other side and get ice yourself. Recommend for the price, NO
