Bed is comfortable.

I stayed from Wed night to Friday night, On Saturday morning, the hot water is not hot until 9:00am.

WiFi is not good shower switcher

bathroom was too old, hard to set the hot water and some time there no hat water after 1am in the morning.

This is a good value for the money. It costs $42 per night (including taxes!) and it got me within 6 miles of Santa Anita Racecourse. Clean room and near the Breeders Cup action without having to pay over $300/night like those other traverlers!! Don't expect luxury. In fact, the room has no box of Kleenex, no coffee maker, and no alarm clock. It does have a refrigerator. As some other comments said, the pool is empty, so don't expect that amenity. But this is a good value....a clean room to hunker down in at the end of each travel day. Good enough parking. And quiet enough place, but seems to get a bit noisy outside when departers pack their cars to got.

I would have liked an alarm clock in the room, but I lived without it and understand that frugality is how they hotel kept prices down. I got the WiFi to work, but some times I had to switch to Valley Hotel1 from Valley Hotel. They have 4 WiFi addresses, and they seem to all use the same security code, so switching is easy. Coffee wasn't ready a couple mornings at first, but always available after 5 minutes.

I really liked the location of the Hotel. Great friendly staff that try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Even through it was a nice room and the staff was excellent. One thing I didn't like about the room is the bed, it was really hard for some reason. It felt like it didn't even had much padding. I been to other hotels where I've paid the same and the beds were much more relaxing than here.

I stayed here for the weekend. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we paid only 54 bucks for a night so it was a great deal. Its within walking distance from grocery stores, banks, and restaurants. The area is pretty decent and quiet. I would definitely recommend this to someone who's looking for the basics at a cheap price.

They should have an ice machine and maybe some snacks in the front room.

Simple, essentials and excellent customer service. Cleanliness and the bed was large and comfortable. When I brought up a concern with the front door the attendant felt like she would make sure it was going to get fixed.

Even though the wifi was free, I would have to constantly call asking them to reset the modem in order for me to get the internet to work. Something might have been wrong with the repeaters. Something fairly easy to fix if looked into promptly. The second(this was noted by the front desk attendant after I brought it to their attention) was that the door would be hard to lock because the doorknob was a little beat up/damaged. The door would lock fine after some work, but I felt it took far too much work.

One of the poorest hotels I have been in. Looks nice on the website. Very poor in reality. My room's carpet invited me to learn to fly. No hot water missing for 3 days out of 5. They invited me to shower in another room. No reimbursement. Lavabo broken down as if someone had messed with it and was never fixed. I left.

The room was dirty, I was bite by fleas, a LOT,and the lady gave me a bad attitude after I told her what happen to me!!! I wll never go this place again.......

Den hotellpersonalen (tror han heter Sing) som tog emot oss var jättetrevlig och hjjälpsam. Städpersonalen gjorde ett bra jobb.

Hotellet var väldigt gammalt och behöver en totalrenovering. Dålig att det finns en pool men inte användbar.
