Close to town, quite, staff very helpful and actually nlet me check in @ 11am instead of having to wait til 2pm. for no extra charge,
actually there is nothing I didnt like about my stay .
Girl at the desk suggested places to eat.
Breakfast was suppose to be included, wasn't.
Location and girl at front desk were great
Nothing like pictures show on bookings..com.
friendly manager, she was nice... close to highway and center of town
not enough smoking rooms
Curtains did not close all the way. Paint chipping from the ceiling. Cracks and patch spots in the bathroom. Did not feel comfortable at all staying here.
Mattress was of poor quality, felt the springs in my back the whole night. Pillows were stained. The bathroom was poorly done with cocking everywhere. None of the lamps worked. Overall a horrible experience compared to neighboring hotels.. Or should I say motels!!!
Nothing like checking into your "great deal" $65 room to see $25 room special on the marque. The room was musty, the rug sticky, paint and plaster peeling off in the bathroom and cracks in the walls and ceiling. No complimentary breakfast as the promo. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed in.
No bed bugs Allowed pets
Bathroom was dirty and had ants Ceiling was dirty and falling apart Walls were dirty and looked like parts were cut and paste together.
*3 nights for under $120 *relatively clean *friendly staff *convenient location for SUU and Utah *Shakespeare Festival *free wi-fi *cable TV with remote *comfortable bed *table with 3 chairs *big closet area
*signs of water damage repairs (although no evidence of mold - allergies would have gone crazy if there had been) *signs of foundation shifting - cracks in walls and ceiling, downward tilt to bathroom
everything, the rooms were very old with stains all over comforter and sheets with burn holes, the towels could hardly fit my 13 year old who weighs 85 pounds. Very uncomfortable beds and very dirty.
Price was right. They allowed pets.
Bathroom door wouldnt close. Knob came off bathroom sink. Was there 3 nights and housekeeping didnt clean the room once. I had to ask for towels and trashbags to empty our trash. Breakfast consisted of store bought packaged honey rolls and a gallon of sunny delight.
was greeted friendly when we arrived. fridge and microwave.
room smelled of bleach possibly due to mold in the bathroom. carpet was soiled I was afraid to go with out shoes. no real closet just a pole on the wall. toilet was loose from the floor. caulking on shower looked as though it was applied by hand. tiles popped off the shower wall were caulked and very uneven. walls had heavy dust and cobwebs in the corners. curtains did not close completely. I had to prop open the a/c/vent to get air as the room was stagnant and unbearably hot. and what topped off the stay was that if I had not booked with booking .com my stay would have been 25.00 vs. the 54.00 I paid. I REALLY FEEL TAKEN BY THE VALU INN!!
condition of property in general...
The girl working there was cheerful.
The place should actually be closed down. It's really old, worn out and not kept in repair.
Place needs to be torn down. Upper walkway ready to fall off building. Toilet was loose from wall. Continental breakfast was packaged muffin, Tang and coffee.
sink had ants in it, would not drain, cracks everywhere sticky floors, bed the worst I ever been in. .Worst room I've ever had in 60 years never stay there again. Or recamend it to anyone
The location was great.
My air conditioning didn't work. The room was gross.
Lady at the front desk was very nice and good to work with.
Shape of the exterior and rooms themselves were poor. Uneven flooring and large cracks in the ceiling made us wonder how structurally sound the building was.
Everything was horrible. The people are very rude.
The front desk lady is very nice, i would give her a 10!!!
The website state that they have continental breakfast, but they have only coffe and a small piece of sugar bread. And the bed sheets were not clean.
the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
walls are pretty thin. lol.
Location. Friendly staff
Light bulbs burned out. Bed horrible. Bathroom door handle broken. Would not close tight
Breakfast was non-existant. For the money we saved we could afford breakfast.
Very good location and very comfortable for money
only thing I did not like was the carpet was in bad shape
