The price and NO bed bugs
The shower floor was black and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Plus no WIFI or internet connection available.
Bad condition, worse management. At first they could not find our booking confirmation and have to call the manager-lady. Later on for checking in, the staff was not informed how to use the credit card reader. We had to wait till he checked by phone (again) what to do. We were told to pay at the next day. In the next morning: 1 and a half hour before checkout time (which was 10am by the way) we got 3 times a visit from the manager lady and her son to inform us that we have to pay quickly for the stay. I explained that we can do that when I come to the office for returning the room key, because i want to take a shower first. As a customer, I don't want to justify for anything which is not my fault. Additonally: Bad consistance, very cold in the rooms, you have to heat up with the aircondition the whole night and to put something below the gap on the door to keep the room warm. Dirty bathroom. Not acceptable.
Low price. Clean, comfortable beds. Close to Cedar Point.
Adjacent to busy railroad tracks. Carpet not too clean (bring your slippers).
I lived the price and the fact it was only a couple miles from cedar point . Very convenient location
You can tell it's an older place , the bed was poorly made and still looked like it had been used
Bedbugs, plastic-covered mattresses (probably due to said bedbugs) dirty linens, dirty bathroom
All of it
The room was cheap. The beds were comfortable.
There are no outlets in the bathroom to use a hair dryer. The only outlet in the sleeping part of the room, did not work. You can see around the door frame to the outside of the room. The rooms were not clean at all, we found underwear behind the door in our room.
It was very cheap, clean enough, and had everything you need from a place to sleep.
Staff wasn't the best, obviously the facilities were cheap and little was provided. Cleanliness wasn't superb but was clearly cleaned and laundered.
To staff was friendly.
The manager was absent when we arrived, due to an emergency. The maintenance man did not know what was going on. This was one of the filthiest motels I've ever seen. Our feet were blackened by the dirt in the carpets, no exaggeration. There were bugs. There were some people living in the motel rooms with pets and children, and drinking outside into the night. The rooms were tiny very poorly furnished. I cannot believe bookings.com would even list such a property. I would take my money back in a heartbeat but I did stay there because it was nearby to Cedar point. I still want a refund. I don't blame the property so much as I blame bookings.com for representing this an acceptable property for guests.
The only good thing about this motel is how close it is to Cedar Point.
Walls were plyboard & falling apart. Shower was black on bottom...i was afraid to use it. Missing light bulbs in lamps by beds.
Close to Cedar point
There were cobwebs with bugs in them all over the room, sheets had stains, holes in walls, boogers on walls, air conditioner shut off in middle of night, carpet was torn & felt dirty, toliet moved when you sat on it. The entry door had a space under the door.
the manager was very nice to us we had 2 adults and 3 kids he gave us a great price on 2 room next to each other , the beds was new and I look at the bath rooms if the baths are clean , then its a good place and for the money it was , next year when we go back to cedar point , we will stay again , thank you so much
Not one thing thay we're rude. I paid for up grade an it was awful. It sead no pets dogs were barking ppl bumping cigarettes an knocking on the door asking for beer it was the worst place i have ever stayed.
Had to ask for ice, ceiling was falling apart, insects like mosquitoes, gnats, etc., no closet/wardrobe, no microwave, no fridge/mini fridge thing, tub didn't drain right, no fresh towels, a toilet lid to the seat would've been nice, inconsiderate guests parking. Overall just felt very dirty and scary.
The bed was vere hard the panelingwas fall down the sink was falling down the carpet was vere dirty the frigerator door came off it was the worst motel I say in
It was very comfortable
The trains but it wasn't anything the hotel could do about it
The rooms were nasty!!! Drug paraphernalia on floor and under the bed, room wasnt cleaned, beds were dirty, bullets holrs in the walls, shower was broken!!! Would not stay there, unsafe place, !!!!!!!!
King size bed was nice
The room smelled like cat urine. Dead bugs smashed on the walls and never cleaned up. Live bugs in the room, however not bed bugs, we looked. People loitering outside all night and consistant traffic. Did not feel safe at all! Also train track about 1000ft from the group of rooms and goes by consistently. Would not recommend this to anyone ever unless looking for drugs or sex.
This room offered exactly what I required - low cost. I was spending most of my hours at Cedar Point and needed a place to sleep at a reasonable price. I knew not to expect many amenities at this price. The fridge and microwave were an added bonus and helped to keep meal costs down. As an added surprise, the water pressure in the shower was absolutely wonderful!
The room was very, very small, as was the bathroom. The towels were small and few.
