It's nasty gross! There are signs on all the doors that warn about theft. It's should be no more than $10 per night to stay.

The staff seemed very friendly, I wish I would remember the name of the older gal that was by the desk in the am that gave us quite a bit of options besides gambling! The others didn't have a clue on what to do

If I'd known this was a sister or brother to The Plaza I would have never stayed, seeings how we had our whole crew at the Plaza about 5 years ago, and it was so bad that I wrote a 2 page report to the health dept.. The rooms were clean here though, but the remote didn't work, the light didn't work, and the bath fan didn't work.. Sad, but atleast it was clean!

The view was beautiful.

We thought we had reservations with the las vegas club but in actuality my reservations were with the Plaza hotel and casino. And then our room there smelled like urine and vomit.

The vegas club is only open on week ends, we came in Thursday and the hotel was closed so we had to check into the Plaza and they had no record of our reservations so it was a night mare

Found available room 2 days before holiday weekend.

Rates too high for quality of hotel. Staff not helpful or responsive. Asked for extra pillows 2 days in a row, but never received. Security staff extremely rude. On day of checkout sat down at a machine with baggage while waiting for rest of party (in an empty casino at 10am) & was told by very rude security that we could not sit there if we were not playing. I have been going there for last 6-7 years, but will not go back again. I'm 65, so staff needs some sensitivity training.

Not. One. Thing.

This was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. From feeling like i was going to get knifed in the elevator, lobby, anywhere in the hotel, to the mattresses being 40 years old and springs pushing through, to HAIR in the bathtub and on the floor of the bathroom, to the stains on the walls, and the AC sounding like it was running water on the floor. This is the worst place i have ever stayed. it felt like a horror movie. we didn't feel like we had enough LOCKS on the door just in case. Terrible, terrible, terrible place to stay. I will never come back to this hotel ever again in my life.

The hotel front desk was excellent. The gaming table staff was friendly.

I had a problem with my sink in my first room but the hotel staff and mgr. made things right. I will stay here again.

I loved the room a lot, the decor, very modern, it created a picture in my mind of how I would love to decorate my bedroom and bathroom sink. Cozy. Thanks so much.

just one thing, there was a used towel behind the bathroom door and another one on the shower courtain. hose keeping should inpect properly before leaving the room open for new guests.

The location was great. View from the room perfect. The room itself was big and comfortable. We loved it. We will stay there again.

NO INFORMATION telling you about what is available in the casino/hotel itself nor is there any information about the shows, the dining, the activities located in the downtown area. No maps to look at, no schedules nothing. This was very disappointing to us.

Downtown Las Vegas is perfect hangout, walking distance to Premium Outlets, classic casinos and good atmosphere. Room was very nice, fresh and clean. Likes the fact the room actually had a sitting area and not just a bed and a table/chair. Also had a separate make-up corner for the ladies.

Old crt tv in 2012.. really? Tv was also either not tuned correctly or had a broken speaker. You should also not count on Wireless internet being accessible. If you are able to connect it is slow and next to useless and not free. Toilet did it flush well and bath stop was broken, but front desk was quick to offer to send maintenance up although this should be noticed and reported by housekeeping on checkout of previous guest. Also, the soda vending machines on ALL floors were empty, despite me reporting this they were not refilled.

remote control needed new batteries, no refrigerator and sink was stopped up

Very helpful but you had to go to the desk to get help they never answered the bell desk phone.

Over filled parking, the ice machines do not work and no one knows where the working ones are. Also all drink machines were empty I had to go to Fremont street and buy a Pepsi to sit back and relax at night.

The room was clean and the location was good.

There is no valet and no restraunts.

the location is totally awesome....looking forward to the new renovations..

the first night was in a mini suite and it was nice but no remote for the tv and the ceiling had water damage and mold, the second night was in a regular room and the air conditioning wasn't working properly and had to call maintenance. and there were no plugs for the tub to take a bath in either room.

they charge me one night more after charge me the 50 bugs for deposit. and when I tried to get it back they tall me a lot of stuff like booking.com is wrong you need to solved it with them. it is not our problem. this is most rude and dishonet hotel I have been ever before

Nice quiet room. It was clean.

Burns in the underside of the comforter. The bathtub did not drain well.

I had not stayed in the downtown area before so I booked a night at the hotel. What I liked most was its accessibility to all the shows and night life and bands that were playing. The Hotel is obviously old but it's in a good location for those wanting to venture out away from the newer casinos.

The hotel is old so I was not critical of my complaint. The shower head was not the greatest as it didn't work really well, it needs replacing, a five dollar fix. I would recommend the hotel and would definitely come back in the near future.

I loved that this hotel was right on fremont street and the ease of access to the fremont street experience.

Noisy even on the 7th floor after midnight

Bajo precio y la habitación era grande, al igual que la cama (king size).

Deberían invertir en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones: el grifo de la bañera goteaba, la tele se oía fatal, solo hay máquina de hielo en dos de los más de 15 pisos. La ubicación es buena y mala: buena porque está al lado de la estación de autobús y de la Fremont St. Experience, donde hay ambiente y mala porque al haber conciertos no te dejan dormir hasta las tantas...

Nada sobresaliente.

Es un hotel viejo no lo han remodelado.no tienen internet WI FI (lo cobran y muy caro).por el precio que se pago hay otros hoteles mejores ubicados y actualizados.Television vieja.no tenia en la tina de baño tapete para que no te resbalaras,muy obscuro en el pasillo que da al loby.
