This hotel is less than 5 miles from Lake Underhill and is set on an 18-hole golf course. It features an outdoor pool, tennis courts and fully furnished villas with a balcony. The villas at the Ventura Golf Club and Southpoint Resort have a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and a tea/coffee maker. extremely dirty, surprised us negatively, the beds were terrible and too noisy, the apart is poorly equiped (few glasses, pans, silverware...)

Die Anlage hat mehrere Pools. Das Haupthaus und der Golfplatz sind recht ansprechend. There are several pools in the complex. The main house and the golf course are quite appealing. Es gab leider einige Dinge, die uns den Aufenthalt vermiest haben. Das Appartement selbst ist ziemlich abgewohnt, schlecht ausgestattet und das sog. Property management in höchstem Maße inkompetent und gleichgültig. Da das Appartement in einer gated community ist, braucht man ein permit um Zutritt zu bekommen. Der Vermieter muß sich also im Vorfeld darum kümmern, dass man beim Gate angemeldet ist und dieses permit erhält. Das war weder bei unserer Ankunft der Fall, noch hat sich die Familie Lopez (Vermieter) nach Ablauf des nur für 3 Tage ausgestellten permits um Verlängerung gekümmert (wir wollten 6 Nächte bleiben). Wir konnten die Vermieter weder persönlich noch telefonisch erreichen. Wir haben uns dann vorzeitig zur Abreise entschlossen. Bei der Buchung wurde zu keiner Zeit darauf hingewiesen, dass das Appartement in einer gated community ist, somit waren wir unangenehm überrascht. Das einzige was problemlos funktionierte, war die Abbuchung der Gesamtsumme inkl. Endreinigung von meiner Kreditkarte am Tag der Buchung. üBrigens: von der Familien Lopez haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Am Ende fühlen wir uns schlicht betrogen und übervorteilt. Unfortunately there were several things that spoilt our stay. The condo itself is quite shabby, dirty, poorly equiped and the so called property management is extremely incompetent and indifferent. As the condo is in a gated community we needed a permit. The renter should have taken care about that previously. Family Lopez (renter) didn't look after that at our arrival neither did they when our short term permit should have been extendet after 3 days (we planned to stay 6 nights). We couldn't reach them on the phone or meet them personally. We decided to leave earlier. When booking the condo there was not a single clue that the condo is in a gated community. The only thing that worked perfectly was charging my card card with the total sum the day I booked the condo.

El precio fue excelente así como las personas que nos recibieron, las casas están muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Si, definitivamente la cama truena muchísimo y las sabanas rojas son como sintéticas,pongan otras y tiren esas! El aire acondicionado podría estar mejor.
