Staff is increadibly friendly and helpful. Great location and the wifi speed increased and improved since last stay. Was a business traveler and room didn't have an iron or ironing board but was given upon request. Will stay again in the future.
Breakfast does the trick but nothing special, like many hotels these days.
breakfast proximity to metro lines helpful, friendly staff
Close to NYC. Friendly staff.
Not many local eating options in the area. Parking was a challenge.
Right by public transportation, great service and clean. Will be back to stay!
Really helpful staff, great location- very near metro station and 10 minutes to Times Square.
Location, friendly staff the view
Loved the location, easy access to public transport, most of the staff were fantastic and ready to help
One lady at the desk was rude, need more things on the breakfast menu and wifi kept dropping out..
I liked that the hotel was a block and 1/2 walk to Metro and Central Park stop was 5 stops! I also had excellent view of Manhattan from 9th floor balcony.
Only one elevator, so had to wait from 9th floor.
Had a wonderful experience the staff was incredible. Chris did a wonderful time making sure everything was perfect. Greatly appreciated his hospitality. Going back.
location, breakfast, room
proximity to subway cleanliness kitchen in room interiors
Close to Manhattan. Friendly staff.
Not much in the area within walking distance. Parking was a challenge.
No washer ir dryer slow elevator
location was good parking good
website didnt talk about parking AC was loud rooms SMALL
Staff that I did meet were nice. Train is super close and two stops to midtown. And there is a good restaurant bar across the street. Good place to stay if you are on a budget and not planing to be in your room except to sleep.
The neighborhood was sketchy. The bed was not on a frame but on a makeshift wood box. The toilet in the first room they gave me was broken and there was no one to fix it. In the second room I was in the cleaning staff didn't come and clean the second day of my stay. And despite the fact that they put me in an "executive suite" their was no refrigerator. Last but not least the elevator took about 10 min so usually I just took the stairs.
Close to transportation, restaurants, easy way to get to Manhattan. Breakfast included.
We were on the 9th floor and had to wait way too long for the elevator to come get us because it was so small.
the location as we could easily get everywhere, the safety that we felt with a lot of tourists moving around. There were good dining choices around.
there was a noise outside the window so that we could not open the window for some fresh air. They did not supply the plates with an adequate number of little cakes and croissants (only in htis olate was the problem) everything else was more than enough.
Very close to the subway, even returning late is fine. Takes ~10 min ride to Central Park. very clean and comfortable beds, quiet rooms, very very helpful staff, especially Christopher. AC great. Wi Fi works great.
Breakfast has no vegetables and is pretty crowded but in summer you can sit outside under the beautiful trees. Buy your own tomatoes three street from there and bring it down stairs for breakfast. And use the stairs, it's faster and healthier.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Clean and large room, small stove and kitchenware + fridge. Large and good breakfast. Just one black away from subway stop, in 15 minutes you are in Downtown Manhattan.
Very noisy air-conditioner in the room. Tables in the nice courtyard just outside the breakfast hall were unusable because all wobbly! Wi-fi connection would be stuck every morning, would start working again after warning the staff at reception.
Great Hotel....clean and comfortable. Christopher, the night mgr/desk person, is so friendly and helpful. Great location with great places to eat within walking distance.....restaurant/bar Centraal and Mike's Pizza. Right next to metro and groc on corner.
Excellent location. 2 blocks from Subway, 15 min to Times Square. Nice and clean room. Good staff behaviour. Good WIFI. I seriously recomend this Hotel. I would definetly return if possible.
Space for beakfast is limited and if hotel is full you better go at least 1 hour or more before closing or you could have nothing to eat
Really good hotel with the best staff team!!!
Location Breakfast Price Near subway entrance Nice size room and very clean
1)The bed still had the plastic cover from when it was delivered. The bed also did not have a mattress pad. Very noisy when rolling over. 2) When we checked in we were given the key to an occupied room. 3)There needs to be a vanity light over the sink for better lighting in the bathroom. 4)The staff needs to be aware of parking on the surrounding streets. We asked if it was ok and were told to look for signs. The only sign we saw was a no parking on Fri am for street cleaning. We received a $60 parking ticket because more than half way down the block there was a hard to find sign that said no parking from 8-5
Liked the room and bed friendly staff.
Ran out of fruit at breakfast and as I am gluten free and could not eat any flour products it was a bit restrictive
