location, breakfast, room
proximity to subway cleanliness kitchen in room interiors
Close to Manhattan. Friendly staff.
Not much in the area within walking distance. Parking was a challenge.
No washer ir dryer slow elevator
Close to transportation, restaurants, easy way to get to Manhattan. Breakfast included.
We were on the 9th floor and had to wait way too long for the elevator to come get us because it was so small.
the location as we could easily get everywhere, the safety that we felt with a lot of tourists moving around. There were good dining choices around.
there was a noise outside the window so that we could not open the window for some fresh air. They did not supply the plates with an adequate number of little cakes and croissants (only in htis olate was the problem) everything else was more than enough.
Very close to the subway, even returning late is fine. Takes ~10 min ride to Central Park. very clean and comfortable beds, quiet rooms, very very helpful staff, especially Christopher. AC great. Wi Fi works great.
Breakfast has no vegetables and is pretty crowded but in summer you can sit outside under the beautiful trees. Buy your own tomatoes three street from there and bring it down stairs for breakfast. And use the stairs, it's faster and healthier.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Clean and large room, small stove and kitchenware + fridge. Large and good breakfast. Just one black away from subway stop, in 15 minutes you are in Downtown Manhattan.
Very noisy air-conditioner in the room. Tables in the nice courtyard just outside the breakfast hall were unusable because all wobbly! Wi-fi connection would be stuck every morning, would start working again after warning the staff at reception.
Great Hotel....clean and comfortable. Christopher, the night mgr/desk person, is so friendly and helpful. Great location with great places to eat within walking distance.....restaurant/bar Centraal and Mike's Pizza. Right next to metro and groc on corner.
Excellent location. 2 blocks from Subway, 15 min to Times Square. Nice and clean room. Good staff behaviour. Good WIFI. I seriously recomend this Hotel. I would definetly return if possible.
Space for beakfast is limited and if hotel is full you better go at least 1 hour or more before closing or you could have nothing to eat
Really good hotel with the best staff team!!!
Location Breakfast Price Near subway entrance Nice size room and very clean
1)The bed still had the plastic cover from when it was delivered. The bed also did not have a mattress pad. Very noisy when rolling over. 2) When we checked in we were given the key to an occupied room. 3)There needs to be a vanity light over the sink for better lighting in the bathroom. 4)The staff needs to be aware of parking on the surrounding streets. We asked if it was ok and were told to look for signs. The only sign we saw was a no parking on Fri am for street cleaning. We received a $60 parking ticket because more than half way down the block there was a hard to find sign that said no parking from 8-5
Liked the room and bed friendly staff.
Ran out of fruit at breakfast and as I am gluten free and could not eat any flour products it was a bit restrictive
Great staf - any small change to help and they did it Beautiful and clean rooms Best hotel i have ever stayed in
It was are second time stay here I will return again. The staff was friendly the room was beautiful. Easy access to train and good food by the hotel. I highly recommend you stay here
Clean room, helpful staff, nice view, easily accessible by public transport(2 minutes walk to the nearest subway station). Breakfast is a bit slender, but was enough for us.
nothing i didnt like
The breakfast and convenience to go to the 39th station.
Don't have a nearby park for exercise.
cleanness and friendly staff
Subway station in 1 minute (about 15 minutes to times square). At the subway station is also a very good restaurant for breakfast. Very nice rooms, modern, big bathroom with big shower. Quiet area, but the walls are very thin, so hopefully your neighbor isn't a loud person ;-) Air conditioning outside the building was also loud, but we could still sleep well.
The hotel is highly over rated. Maybe it is good value for the money they charge, & located close to the subway station
There are some limitations like a frugal breakfast which runs out of items after an hour. There are nine floors but one lift which is very slow monopolized by their own staff. Also staff do not keep commitments. We booked early, were promised a room with a view of Manhattan which was not given to us.
small rooms for the price
