I liked the location, the condition of the facility and the price.

Staff was very nice, helpful & accomadating. The bathroom had been recently remodeled, dish tv, frige. in the room was new. The bed & carpet was clean. I would recommend it to the budget concerned travler but let them about the things I didn't like. Parking great

wallpaper was pealing in places, the fabric on both chairs was badly stained to the point of not wanting to sit on them, the mircowave was old & discolored inside and the lamp shades were dirty & dusty.

I have no idea when was the last time they replace the mattress in the room, but it was so uncomfortable to sleep. the windows do not have the screen protector.

No hot water for drinking is a bad news for all Chinese customers.

Best value with free parking, wifi, breakfast, large room with view, non smoking and feeling safe and quiet in city . Room 30 is a city penthouse with two queen beds microwave, refrigerator and room to enjoy .Surprised how comfortable we stayed 6 days in a soma bargain motel. Clean with nice amenities . Right off 101 with free parking made coming and going easy . New management did everything to make us feel welcome . Rooms spotless with new linens and towels. We sat at our room's table eating breakfast looking at the Oakland Bay Bridge . Cable tv entertained. Sound proofing was excellent on a busy street /neighborhood.

No elevator, so carryng the bags 2 flights was tough for mature travelers. We planned our trips up and down . neighborhood is commercial and few restaurants near. Open stairs might be nasty in rain . The "continental breakfast" was spare in comparison to the Marriott models but was adequate and ready at 7am .

Very kind and helpful lady proprietor who was trying to improve the hotel and I am sure she will succeed

it is under new management. the new manger is very open and friendly with alot of new ideas to add to ones stay.

Poor breakfast

Nothing; : It was the worst experience in my life. Wewanted to cancel and go somewhere else but the Owner stated that he woulg only give us an hour to find other accomondations and we couldn't so we had to stay 2 nights.

No Parking, its on a first come first serve basis with parking only for half the rooms. You have to take your chances on the street overnight in a very bad neighborhood. The room was run down with wallpaper peeling off the walls broken toilet, old bed etc. The Owner was Rude, and wouldn't offer any help. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a danish per person. Extremely noise from the strip joint down the street and good luck to find a restaurant within walking diostance of the hotel. Talk about false advertising about a place. Owner didn't want to honor our membership discount and told us that he hated to use booking .com but had too from time to ntime.

It was the cheapest place i could find in the location i was looking for. SOMA location was perfect. Beds good, room cleaned well everyday, good shower, fridge and microwave in room, free coffee in room and small breakfast available. Personally i found the staff friendly and helpful.

Could definitely do with a lick of paint and recovering or replacement of some furniture. Wifi is very weak.

Liked that I felt very safe.

I specifically put my "do not disturb" card on my door because I didn't want the maids to enter my room. Despite the card they continuously knocked and as soon as I left my room they entered. Not good.

Close to Slm's for shows, cheapest unless staying at hostel

Great location for going to SOMA nightlife.

The hotel really needs some TLC, the furnishings (mattresses. pillows, thin blankets) are worn out. Locked hotel room doors rattle a little making one wonder about security.

It was reasonably priced and one of the few hotels that offered smoking rooms

The location of the Inn was relatively close to a lot of things in the city.

Room had a weird smell to it, kind of like a hair salon. The "continental breakfast" consisted of a pastry and a coffee.

parking lots总共十个，先到先得，而且内部空间较为狭窄，不太方便汽车出入；早饭较为简单。 但是考虑到酒店的价格，以上不满意的地方都是完全可以接受的。

Não tivemos problemas com a garagem apesar de existirem 10 vagas (cobertas) para 21 apartamentos que são pequenos e precisam de melhor limpeza. As ruas próximas são infestadas de mendigos durante a noite.

Le petit-déjeuner est succinct et se prend debout dans le hall d'accueil mais c'est suffisant. En revanche, j'ai trouvé les taxes très élevées. Je n'ai pas eu de relevé à la sortie de l'hôtel. Ma réservation sur Booking.com mentionnait €138,74 US$179 or mon compte a été débité de €163,54 soit US$206,75. Cette taxe, de plus de 17%, est la plus importante qui m'ait été facturée pendant mes trois semaines aux États-Unis

Rispetto alla prenotazione ho pagato di più ( il receptionist mi ha detto che nel w-end il prezzo è aumentato!!!). "Mea culpa" che ho pagato senza lamentarmi troppo!
