Viana Hotel and Spa  

The greeting by Louis. He was so warm and friendly. The swift registration process. Louis' care and assistance to our room. The location was great for us.

Marco Polo Restaurant was below par all the way. The meal was over priced and not that tasty at all. The menu choice was limited and well over priced. My spouse became ill in the night (stomach upset) and we strongly feel it was the lobster. Not cooked properly, not fresh. Parking was non existing when we returned from our show, must say the desk staff was very helpful in resolving this matter.

This hotel was well designed and it is clear they did not cheap out on the furnishings or building materials. They had a great lobby with fire place and what was really cool was the game room they had off the bar. If you have a group maybe 2-3 couples and want to get away for the night this is the place. They have an indoor pool and then the game room off the bar has a pool table and flat screen TV with Xbox as well as tons of board games and a big table to play with. Also it seems at least on each floor there are rooms that have the possibility to connect by using an exterior door which is like a 2 bedroom then.

The service was exemplary. Mike greeted us at the door as though he were our favorite uncle. Love Mike :-)

If this was a Small Luxury Hotel, the definitions need to be changed in the dictionary. No Valet, no towels, nasty rude girls at front desk...the a/c wen off like a tea kettle where the maintenance had to vome up "4" times........Apology from GM? Call again and I will upgrade you....next time you stay here..............REALLY??

Service at front desk and spa were excellent Free wifi and internet throughout the hotel Up to date fitness center Massage by Christina was excellent and very relaxing Lobby provided lemonade and fruit Hotel room has excellent amenities, like spa robes, refrigerator, microwave, safe, Keurig coffee maker

The location because there were enough restaurants close by to the hotel VIrtual pool is disappointing as we thought we thought there would be a regular size pool A hotel guest across from our room brought unruly visitors to their room and were laughing and talking loudly after midnight. We had to call security.

I liked everything about the Viana! They treat everyone like royalty. They're professional yet warm and friendly! They cater to your every need and always offer to help or guide. I did indulge in some spa treatments - can't wait to go back for more. I remember the names of all the staff members that enhanced my stay. Even though I was only there for a day, I felt like I was on vacation and walked out of the hotel stress- free and rejuvenated!

Very Clean, very courteous, great food!

Disappointed that we were told at checkout that because we booked through booking.com the hotel could not help us out with accomodating us with a rate change/increase for our room that occured in the middle of our 6 day stay, without our knowledge. :(

Friendliness of the staff

Location and taxi cost. Lack of local knowledge from the staff who suggested Ikea as a good tourist place to visit!

Hotel was convenient to many things. Employees were friendly and room was nice. Easy to find, also, as well signed.

I would have liked to have a breakfast choice other than the breakfast buffet. The dining area was very nice, tho', as were the employees.
