Viceroy Miami    

Hotel itself was great.

Check out was again bad. This was my second stay at this hotel and both times they over charged me. As much as I enjoyed the hotel itself I would never stay there again or recommend them.

If you are guest of the hotel you can go to the club fifty for free but the guy at the entrance let us wait...

The décor was excellent. I really liked the Asian inspired design theme. The restaurant and bar on site was very trendy and chic

My room was a King suite. Upon entry into the room it smelled like wet carpet. They had an air filter in the room it did not help. I complained to housekeeping and they sprayed the carpet with Lysol. The bed was mushy and hurt my back. I stayed at the Hilton Miami a few weeks ago and the bed was much better and comfortable and that was half the price. I don't think the Viceroy was worth the price considering the accommodations.

The breakfast and the eos restaurant were great. Booking tours was easy via the reception. Room service quick n friendly.

Some reception staff too junior. Have at least one senior staff present at all times. Found a ripped condom package under my bed...

No hotel feeling, no common rooms or places to stay. Pool is very windy and mostly in the shade

We booked a luxury room and we were given a disabled room. After complaining we were told we were being upgraded to the room we originally booked. Facilities of hotel are poor. We will not use it again or recommend it.

Wild ass design. Loved the place. Their pool was really long and the spa had a gigantic yellow chandelier. I strongly sugger a suite ending in the number 2 since te other suites we had that ended in one were very oddly proportioned and not so comfortable. Other than that the placed looked grat and was very comfortable.

The night club partons which were local people from Miami stole my phone from my purse ,it was very traumatic for me and also other girls got they phones and credit cards stolen the same night.

We booked this hotel only days before arrival and received a good deal on the 1 bedroom suite. Everything was arranged smoothly, reception was polite and efficient and we loved the room. We were on our honeymoon and on the first evening upon return to the hotel, a bottle of Italian wine and some strawberries was left in the room for us. We appreciated the touch very much.

On the first night ( a Saturday) there was noise from the street from people that left the Club in the Hotel. For the price and standards of this hotel there really should have been wireless included, also the wireless was to slow.

The valet and porters were friendly and warm. In the heart of downtown Miami so location is great.

No free wireless! when we bought it it was slow and we could connect only one device at a time. Not suitable for business guests or tech savvy couples like my husband and I. Everything was at an additional cost and was quite pricey including the bottled water and pack of biscuits kept in the minibar. The maid did not knock before pushing the door. Valet was $37 per night and they take a really long time to bring the car around (though they were friendly)

Rattle coming out of air conditioner vent in bathroom, had to shut bathroom door in order not to hear it.

Poor front desk and security service. Room was left ajar after room service for few hours. No one was accountable and service staff did not handle it rightfully.
